La chambre que nous avions été bien spacieuse, avec un grand lit et de bons oreillers. Les serviettes de toilettes très épaisses et moelleuses. Le petit déjeuner n est pas servi dans un cadre très agréable et il n est pas très bon: jus de fruit en bouteille type banga., café soluble etc. Enfin le personnel devrait être plus souriant et accueillant. Cela ne vaut pas 4 étoiles.

En voyage en Albanie avec ma mère, nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé (en plein centre ville de Vlorë, proche des restaurants, des rues commerçantes et des plages). Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible et aux petits soins. Le service d’entretien des chambres est excellent ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien; il y en a pour tous les goûts . Il est facile de stationner car des places de parking sont réservées pour les clients devant l’hôtel . Le wifi fonctionne très bien. On entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue (voitures…) mais c’est normal car cet hôtel est en plein centre ville . C’est, par contre, très silencieux à l’intérieur de l’hôtel.

Sin ascensor, cena penosa y desayuno nefasto. Leche fría, sin fruta, tostador pequeño. En el centro de nada. La playa y el mar quedan lejos Cena crema quemada y dorada ridícula y fría. Esperamos mucho tiempo para que nos sirvieran. Vino de una garrafa de plástico. Desastroso

We love this place! Staff is awesome and helpful! Special thanks to Mary/Beri (?), the lovely receptionist. The room is clean and the bathroom is nice and spacious. The best part of the hotel is it’s strategic place! Near the supermarket, the center of Valona and the beachside. Will come back here for sure

Very good location , very good breakfast. The rooms are big and you feel comfortable and luxurious . Room superr super clean . The staff is nice and helpful Very good service in reception. I recommend the hotel and if I go to Vlore , I will definitely choose this hotel.

The location is perfect of the main traffic and some good restaurants . Very good hotel and very clean rooms . The room are beautiful big and quiet . The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The brekfast is very good and fresh. Everything was nice . I recommend.
