This property cancelled my reservation on 2 different locations due to having no water service. They offered an alternative hotel, in a different location both times. The first time, I accepted the alternative, which was very nice. The second time, I did not because I wanted to be close to this location. They refused to refund my stay.

Staying at El Mar Hotel was an excellent experience. The location along Lungomare is perfect, offering stunning sea views and easy access to the beach and local attractions. The hotel was spotless, with modern and comfortable rooms that made our stay very relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend El Mar Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Vlorë.

Lovely hotel and location but please note it’s a 3 star not 4 as stated on some of the websites. There was a bad smell in the room which could’ve been from the bathroom but air con wasn’t helping get rid of it. Staff offered us a change of room. Room was big and spacious but they provide light duvets and have bedsheets instead. Previous owners left clothing items behind which remained there. You need to ask for tea and coffee from reception as the room doesn’t have it. There are no lifts. Overall nice room and great location. Nothing really wrong with the room apart from the smell.

This hotel was well located and easy walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel staff were very helpful. Parking was free. We did not eat at the hotel but it does have a small restaurant that looked popular. I also thought the price of the room was very good value.

Best recommended…. Great location and very kind staff… we was in Vlore for the first time and we enjoyed a lot our stay here. Very comfortable and quite place.the receptionist is very helpful… we will return….
