Une honte. Hôtel Aross à Vlorë vendu comme un 5 étoiles ? C’est une blague. Demi-pension imposée dans une pizzeria en face : pizzas, pâtes, burgers… tous les jours pendant 15 jours. Aucun spa, aucun service digne de ce nom. Voyage Privé ferme la réclamation sans même répondre. Attrape-touristes à éviter absolument.

Les chambres et l'entretien dans les chambres sont dignes d'un 5 étoiles. Par contre gros problème pour la restauration en demi-pension. Toujours le même menu et sans dessert. Le petit déjeuner est correct. On a apprécié la proximité immédiate de la plage faite de galets (prévoir des chaussures de rivière) et la disponibilité des transats et parasols. L'exiguïté du parking nécessite un voiturier durant les weekends lorsque l'hôtel est complet. Rôle qu'endosse Herman en même temps que beaucoup d'autres tâches. Seule personne vraiment disponible et à l'écoute, parlant plusieurs langues. Il ne peut pas toujours remédier au manque d'organisation à lui tout seul. Pour le reste du personnel la barrière de la langue est problématique

L’hotel Aross di Valona ci ha conquistati: ambiente familiare, struttura bellissima e spiaggia incantevole. Reddy, Kita e Hermal sono stati di una gentilezza rara, sempre attenti e disponibili. L’ospitalità è eccellente, il servizio curato nei dettagli e i prezzi molto contenuti. Il ristorante sulla spiaggia regala tramonti indimenticabili. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo con grande piacere. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca relax, bellezza e accoglienza autentica. Grazie di cuore Alessia e Walter

⭐️ 1/5 – Une lune de miel gâchée 😔 : hôtel très loin d’un vrai 5 étoiles ⭐️ Nous avions réservé cet hôtel via Voyage Privée pour notre lune de miel 💍, espérant vivre un séjour magique et reposant. Malheureusement… ce fut magique seulement par sa capacité à nous décevoir. 😕 ⸻ 🙈 Accueil inexistant Dès l’arrivée, aucune explication, aucun sourire, aucune attention. Juste une carte de chambre remise, sans infos sur les horaires, services ou installations. Pour une occasion aussi spéciale, on attendait un minimum de chaleur humaine. 😞 ⸻ 🚫 Installations fermées sans prévenir Piscine, sauna, hammam ❌ fermés – sans aucun avertissement. Aucun plan B proposé. Un vrai choc pour un 5 étoiles annoncé. 😡 ⸻ 🍽️ Demi-pension catastrophique • Même menu tous les jours (2 plats au choix… et encore) • Aucune eau, pas de pain, et le dessert annoncé n’existe pas 🍰❌ • Service très lent (jusqu’à 1h30 pour 2 assiettes, même en salle vide 😤) • Et cerise sur le gâteau : le cocktail de bienvenue promis n’a jamais été servi malgré nos demandes. 🙄 ⸻ 🛏️ Chambre sans confort • Mini-bar vide, • Netflix ne marche pas, • Recopie écran impossible, • Vue jardin = vue sur un mur 🧱 Aucune solution, aucun geste commercial. ⸻ 🚗 Parking ridicule Seulement 3 places disponibles… pour tout l’hôtel. Le reste ? Débrouillez-vous. ⸻ ❄️ Ambiance glaciale Le pire reste l’attitude du patron, froid et désagréable, aussi bien avec les clients qu’avec ses employés. L’atmosphère est tendue et franchement déplaisante 😠. ⸻ 💸 Rapport qualité/prix honteux Le prix était très élevé pour l’Albanie, surtout quand on découvre que d’autres hôtels bien moins chers offrent un service bien plus chaleureux et professionnel 🏨❤️ ⸻ ❗️En résumé : Un séjour qui devait être inoubliable… il l’a été, mais pour de très mauvaises raisons. 😢 Cet établissement ne reflète en rien les standards d’un 5 étoiles. Food is decent, but don’t expect something extraordinary. In the comparable price range you can find lots of restorants in the area, including Takas which is right next to or. My biggest complaint is the stuff. I’ve never seen such unfriendly and scammy employees in a touristy place. It takes ages for them to come and serve you, once they do they don’t even wait to take your order, they just turn and run away, not even sure they understood what you ordered (keep in mind that English is not a given here). The waiter brought me the wrong order, then argued with me that that is what he understood, and once I convinced him to change it he brought me my dish and practically threw it on the table without saying a single word/ I guess other things matter more here than customers.. P.s i ordered tagliatelle with cuttlefish, as per the menu, they brought me with anchovies. Makes me think that was the reason they wanted to give me a different dish at the first place, that seems to be the more reasonable option for them than saying they don’t have it… We will not come again.
