Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war atemberaubend, das Frühstück wurde morgens frisch für uns vorbereitet und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Lage sehr zentral.

Die Lage der Hotels und der Ausblick auf das Meer sind gut. Keine Ausstattung auf dem Balkon. Das Bad wurde beim Duschen geflutet. Der Strand war dreckig und wurde nicht aufgeräumt. Für den Preis erwartet man mehr.

Bella esperienza. Hotel pulito fronte spiaggia con personale educato e gentile. A parer personale unica pecca è la colazione un po’ scarsa. Il ristorante non l’ho provato ma era molto frequentato e sembrava molto invitante. Consiglio che posso dare. Lì in zona il parcheggio è un rebus. È pieno di parcheggio a pagamento sorvegliato all’aperto (5€ 8H o 10€ 24H). Ma se parcheggi sulle strade (senza cartelli di divieto o niente) ti multano e se chiedi spiegazioni alla polizia (molto attiva) ti faranno capire che non è che non la puoi parcheggiare ma che lì funziona così. La cosa divertente è che la multa è di 5€

Beautiful hotel, but lacks communication skills
Pros: modern bathrooms. Beautiful view (balcony). Nice breakfast - fresh fruits and vegetables. New towels daily. Friendly staff. Private beach. Simple sun beds. Placed on boulevard that is perfect for running / bike trips. Super market nearby. We had a problem with our window and asked for help in reception. When we came back after a day outside it was fixed. Absolutely stunning sunset.
Cons: slow service at both lunch and breakfast. Only one coffee is included in breakfast (I have never come across this before). No service at beach (on our last day we were told we could order drinks etc. from staff at beach, but staff never came back to take any order). One bottle of water included each day, but they forgot to refill. No beach towels available (at least not that we were told of. We hand washed our own private towels every day…..)
Lack of communication / problem: Last day we ordered taxi to the airport via reception. We discussed size and number of passengers and suitcases in detail. Still, a car too small showed up 17 minutes late the next day. On the website it says 24-hour reception for this hotel, but that is not the case. No one to be reached in person or by phone. Ended up driving two different cars to the airport, part of the trip with the back door open and suitcases sticking out. Taxi drivers arguing etc. Unclear and a bit careless communication at this point. A receptionist could have helped with communication. Too bad.
All in all: Value for money

Très bel hôtel pied dans l’eau chambre de qualité avec une excellente literie, il y a un endroit séparé qui fait à la fois bar le soir et restaurant pour le petit déjeuner le matin face à la mer et un restaurant où nous avons divinement bien dîné une mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de Johnny.

Super nice hotel, sunbeds right across the street with possibility to order from the bar and satisfying breakfast included. Great staff and central location. Overall a perfect place for those who want to swim, relax and explore Vlora.
We stayed both on the 2 floor with balcony towards the front/side and on the 4th floor with sea view. On the 2nd floor, if you aren’t a heavy sleeper sounds from the street may be bothering, however on the 4th floor the sound wasn’t noticeable.
Would definitely recommend!
