I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed.

DONT BOOK BLACK DIMOND!!! Rip off place Do Not book!!! Customer service non existent. The staff are rude. The price per room is very high plus Euro to Lek conversion rate is a joke - always to favour the hotel. Jo shoku fshatar ne recepsion une te paguaj ne Lek se jemi ne Shqiperi. Hôtel incroyable, personnel au petits soins, installations luxueuses, restauration et bar vraiment très très bien et pas trop cher. On y a passé une semaine vraiment très sympathique en en couple avec nos 2 enfants qui ont également adoré ✅😍🇦🇱 Je vous le conseille vivement si vous venez dans la région. Le prix des chambres est vraiment très très abordable. Cet hôtel mérite largement les 4 étoiles voir un peu + sans hésitation.

I strongly recommend to never step foot in this hotel. False advertising, horrible service, only one towel and no hangers in room, bathroom flooding. After numerous complains that were never addressed, we had a terrible attitude from the management, which came very close to threatening. Not worth one penny.

I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. I came to see that it was still in construction and was woken up everyday at 8 am by the workers working on the pool. We stayed 3 nights and ordered breakfast in the room each day. Not one day did we have our rooms cleaned or plates from breakfast removed. The staff were disappointing, not improving their service in any sense after all the complaints we made. No hangers in the room, only one towel per person in the room, and each time we showered the whole bathroom flooded. Truly doesn’t even deserve one star. After all the complaints the manager offered us a 5 euro discount.

Aesthetically nice hotel but still in the process of being defined as regards the structure. They changed our room due to bathroom problems after trying to resolve them for more than 48 hours. The service and its staff are terrible. They were unable to organize themselves to make up the room for us and the breakfast has a buffet that is replenished after hours…. We had dinner in the evening without napkins and none of the dishes arrived! A disaster especially if we rate the 4 stars. Another thing: we had booked the sea view room but... it wasn't available!

I’m very disappointed. The receptionist is rude and won’t even listen to your complains. We booked a sea side view which we didn’t get. No gym or spa even though it’s written in the description. They gave us connected room. The beach is too far. There are better hotels closer to the beach. They won’t take the money from booking even if you put all your card informations on the site. They will make you pay cash or another weird payment mode. Never coming back.

Large veranda with functional bar, young and polite staff also speak Italian, varied breakfasts but I would add a few more desserts and yogurt, honey, and toaster, to be improved and enriched, I would remove the smoking area from those who do not smoke and pay more attention to details such as children let them play in special spaces. Excellent price per night for a 4-star structure and easy to reach, shuttle service available, the staff today is a problem for anyone even in Italy the kids go to work outside to earn more in the season and the problem is not only in Albania but everywhere, I feel like encouraging this structure and waiting for the run-in to be finished and going swimmingly, come on guys, the future is just around the corner, trust and willpower and you will be a top 4 star as early as next season.
