We recently stayed at Kraal Hotel in Vlora and were very pleased with our experience! The hotel has fantastic pool areas, including a separate pool for small children, which made it especially convenient for us as a family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vanesa for her kind and professional attitud you truly made our stay even better! The rest of the staff were also very pleasant and provided great service. The hotel is clean, fresh, and well-maintained, and we felt welcome from the very first moment. If you’re planning to visit Vlora in Albania, we can highly recommend Kraal Hotel – a great choice for both families with children and other travelers!

It's a really nice hotel, very clean, comfortable rooms. The decor is great Good breakfast and the pizzas are really good. Evening meal, bit hit and miss but usually something nice - very good puddings. The beach is nice - if you walk away from town rather than towards it there are some good bars and restaurants and it's very pleasant at sundown. The pool is great but - here's the problem - this is one hundred per cent a family hotel. I blame myself in some ways as usually I book adults only and this time I didn't, but there are so many small children in the pool - particularly at the weekend as anyone can pay to come in and it's free for small kids - that the noise is off the scale. And it's hard to enjoy the pool as it is so full. So.. unless you are VERY keen on small children or have some yourself - I think this is quite a draw back. But on the whole, it is a nice place - but.. I think best for families and not really ideal for others.

Albergo grande, vicino a mare ed anche al centro, garage in evidente stato di restauro, così come una parte dell'hotel. A noi però è stata assegnata una mega suite con 5 letti, bagno enorme, con accessori dell'ultima generazione, acqua in stanza sempre gradita, scelta di cuscini e letto comodissimo. Pulizia ottima, buona la colazione come la cena a self service, certo è un albergo per gruppi, ma c'è spazio per tutti, Molto bella anche la piscina esterna e l'area relax. Personale professionale ed efficiente. Consigliato

One of the bets hotels i have stayed in my 7 day trip to the whole country. Lovely and helpful staff, spacious room and beautiful sea views. We had breakfast and dinner included which were served buffet. Very tasty food. 10/10

The hotel location is very good. Close to the beach, center and promenade. The staff working at the reception were lovely, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel room is modern and quite large. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are amazing. It's just a shame that the rooms were not soundproofed during the construction. The hotel has a large enough pool and its own beach area. Beach towels are provided by the hotel. Breakfast is a little varied but completely sufficient. The waitresses working in the restaurant are friendly and humorous - thank you. To sum up, I can say that the entire hotel staff is very friendly and works hard to make the guest's stay comfortable. You are good hosts. I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived – always smiling and ready to help. But the highlight for me was definitely the food – absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay
