很晚入住，前台下班。 留下線索找房卡像尋寶遊戲非常驚喜。 湖邊景觀超美。 酒店內老古董樣式風格也很優雅！ 一切都很好，除了因為太老舊，房間里居然有那種飛蟲🦟！ 床上陸續出現10幾衹！ 我女兒嚇死了， 不敢用那個被子。 一整晚沒睡好，打死10幾衹蟲子。 沒蓋被子也很冷。 沒睡好導致第二天起不來看日出。 浪費了定湖景房的初衷！ 早餐景觀很美， 可惜蒼蠅環繞！ 趕都趕不走。 好像瑞士蒼蠅蠻多的！ 蘇黎世也有蒼蠅！ 昨天回盧塞恩市中心一個户外高級餐廳也有蒼蠅！ 該酒店男前台和女經理態度不錯的， 不過第二天反饋後也沒有啥補償措施。 由於沒睡好，要求延到1pm退房， 這個倒是同意了。 除了蟲子和蒼蠅！ 這個酒店其他都很完美！

酒店就在湖邊，風景非常美。從Viztnau下船即到。出酒店門就是登Rigi山的小火車站，非常方便。早餐雖然品種不多，不過麪包味道還是不錯。接待的小姐姐和藹可掬。強烈推薦。

Eine Perle am See….. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die familiäre Atmosphäre, die fantastische Lage und die Ausstattung sind einfach super! Ein ‚Swiss Historic Hotel‘ …. die Hotel Geschichte widerspiegelt sich in der Hotelatmosphäre und in der Architektur. Absolut fantastisch. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Hotel and property was absolutely stunning! Probably my favorite hotel room so far. The staff was warm and welcoming! Breakfast was nice bonus even though I’m not a big breakfast person the coffee and toast was all I needed. I would recommend renting a car if you stay here just because getting around without a car is challenging and pricey. I had to cancel a few excursions due to not being able to arrive early enough since bus and water ferry only run between 10-5pm. I would stay here again, but I would definitely rent a car.

The breakfast is the worst by far that I had in a while. Cold room , cold bread and no staff. They have only 1 person setting cold and cheap breakfast items. The hotel is very nice and the location fantastic, they just don’t care about their clients.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Terrasse am See. The breakfast was great and convenient, with a beautiful waterfront view from the restaurant. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel!
