正好預訂到的房間比較大，很舒服，有個大陽台，早餐餐廳視野絕佳。選擇比較多，味道也很贊。因為航班晚點，前一晚沒能趕到，店家協商後不同意取消，攜程幫忙溝通後酒店同意第二天下午1點退房，早上去用餐，餐廳工作人員很嚴肅的過來趕人，説我們第一天沒有早餐，我們告知房間是前一天，是早上才到，杯子接了白開水不允許帶走，衹能在餐廳喝，這個感覺不太好

The hotel is just opposite the VISP train station and there are many supermarkets around. My single room is very spacious, with a large single bed, a reading and leisure area and a super large balcony.

The hotel has a good location as it is 3 mins walk from train station however the price I have paid was abit high. The room can take in 3 or 4 paxs but u need to request for an extra bed. I've paid CHF 1290 for 2 nights for 3 rooms. It should be only 2 rooms as we are 5 of us however we are not advised to book for 2 rooms as we already booked 3 rooms im advance. Nonetheless the condition & cleanliness of the rooms were awesome. I guessed it worth the money paid. Thanks

The room is big and clean. The hotel is in a very good location. It is opposite the station. There are coops and restaurants around. The front desk and service staff are very good.
