The complex is located in a peaceful residential area at a few steps from the town centre and offers a wide range of services such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, discos, clubs and shops.
The airport and the harbor of Cagliari are just 50 kms away. Within a short drive you can reach the well known beaches of Villasimius with their crystal clear shallow water. It is also worth visiting the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. Villasimius is also renowned for its archaeological sites and museums. Furthermore, the area offers the opportunity to practice several water sports.
Located on the 1st or 2nd floor, all flats have a balcony equipped with tables and chairs. All the entrances overlook the internal courtyard.

In a few minutes drive it is possible to swim in the shimmering and crystalline sea of Simius beach or to sunbathe on the strikingly white beach of Porto Giunco. In addition to its wonderful seashore, the surrounding area hosts several historical sites where visitors have the opportunity to admire the ancient remains of the Nuragic Age: the necropolis of Accu Is Traias and Cruccuris, the Roman Baths of Santa Maria and the Phoenician settlement of Cuccureddus. The archaeological museum and the statue of the Virgin of the Sea (Madonna del Naufrago, created by the artist Pinuccio Sciola), represent a unique must-see.

Residence consigliato, personale molto dispobinile e cordiale. Appartamenti spaziosi, ben arredati e con tutto l'occorrente necessario per una vacanza. Piscina sempre pulita, alla sera c'è la possibilitàa anche di cenare con menù di carne o pesce o con la pizza. Da apprezzare anche la zona barbecue! Supermercato COOP dall'altra parte della strada e residence molto comodo anche per una passeggiata serale in centro Villasimius. Parcheggio interno molto ampio, si trova sempre posto. Con l'auto si raggiungono le spiagge del paese in 5-15 min. Sinceramente vedendolo dalla strada non da proprio una bella impressione mentre la zona interna è piacevole, molte curate anche le aiuole interne al cortile. Se dovessi tornare in quella zona sicuramente ci tornerei.

De aankomst is een tegenvaller. Om ong. 15.00 aangekomen en staan voor een potdichte deur waardoor we zelfs niet bij de receptie kunnen komen. Pas om 16.30 gaat het ijzeren luik open. Geconfronteerd met €80 schoonmaakkosten, omdat we maar 5 dagen blijven hoeven we zowaar geen borg te betalen. Het appartement op de 1e verdieping lijkt aantrekkelijker dan het is. De woonkamer is relatief klein met een opklapbed, tafeltje van 1x1 en 3 harde stoelen, geen bankje of fauteuiltje. TV met uitsluitend Italiaanse zenders. De keukenpanelen zitten hier en daar los of klemmen. Geen waterkoker, koffiezetter. Slechts 2 veel te grote pannen en nauwelijks keukengerei. Wel een koekenpan om een eitje te bakken, een pannetje om een eitje te koken ontbreekt. Op het balkon ook een kleine tafel en 3 harde klapstoelen. Badkamer volstaat, de slaapkamer is ruim en goede bedden. De sleutel is middeleeuws, niet beveiligd,niet programmeerbaar. Parkeerplaats meer dan voldoende omdat onder het pand vroeger een supermarkt zat. Nu verlaten, maar de rij karretjes staan er nog. Tegenover het pand 2 supermarkten. Eurospin (soort Aldi) en Coöp, die verkoopt wel bekende A-merken. Lokatie van het appartement niet verkeerd op loopafstand van het centrum. Voldoende betaalbare restaurants in de directe omgeving.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'ultima settimana di maggio e prima di giugno, Accoglienza ottima cortesia ottima. Il residence è in posizione buona con ottimi servizi. Le spiagge sono a 5 minuti di auto raggiungibili molto facilmente: bellissime. Il centro di Villasimius si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in 10 minuti. Complimenti a tutto lo staff del Residence: abbiamo mangiato ottimamente

Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff. Ampia camera dotata di tutti i comfort, pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. La posizione è strategica, le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili e a due passi dal centro. L’aperitivo e la cena serviti a bordo piscina completano questa bellissima esperienza di mare e relax. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Già dall'arrivo, l'accoglienza mi ha fatto capire che mi sarei sentita a casa, e così è stato. La gentilezza, i sorrisi e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff hanno reso la vacanza ancora più piacevole. L'appartamento molto ampio, ben curato e pulitissimo. L'aperitivo al tramonto e la cena a bordo piscina sono stati eccellenti. La cortesia e la professionalità di Roberto e Massimo sono state garanzia di una serata e di una vacanza da ricordare. La posizione della struttura è comodissima, a pochissimi minuti dalle spiagge più belle e a pochi passi dal centro. Tornerò sicuramente.
