DDT_HKMust complete pre-check in procedures the day before to get the door code to avoid delay in checking in. Overall very nice stay with real onsen filled with sulphur smel !

MMayrendezvousThis hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived. Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel .
