Recommended by friends, rare no-bad reviews homestay. Really satisfied. It was raining when I arrived. It happened to be a phone call with the boss Duan Ge to confirm the location, and then Duan Ge greeted him with an umbrella, arranged all the procedures properly and sent them to the door of the room. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, projector and smart toilet, with two kinds of wet and dry slippers, eye masks and earplugs are prepared, and fruit snacks are updated every day. There are self-service bottled water, candy in the lobby, and alcohol red potion, women's items, and lighters. Traveling outside may miss lost items. I think of it here. The boss Duan brother is a professional and dedicated person. He will sit in the town from 8 to 23 every day and deal with all problems at any time. In his free time, guests will be invited to have tea and chat, giving guidance on Tengchong tourism. The self-service laundry and drying clothes at the door are also always caring for Duan. The buffet breakfast at the B&B is not particularly varied, and the taste is very good, especially the rice noodles and bait silk. Duan Ge will point out the combination of various seasonings, which is better than the special store outside. Summary: Very satisfied, impeccable, I wish the boss a prosperous business!

因為是朋友的攜程賬號預訂的這家温泉客棧，所以，我無法用自的攜程賬號進行評價，衹能評價在此，因為這家客棧在一眾營銷“人情味兒”的“偽客棧”中真是萬分難得有真正的人情温度和風度。
第一次來這裡是2018年1月，媽媽離開一年半時，入住的是當時這家客棧最大的房間（自帶獨立小院，且有雙温泉），一進門就被這個地方深深吸引——無論是遠山悠悠的藍天白雲，還是星星點點燈火萬家的騰沖城，抑或是近處的花木扶疏、草葉清芬——更何況整個半山的寧謐安閑（當時整個半山幾乎衹有這一家温泉客棧，白日裏哪怕沿着車道散步五十分鐘，都難得遇見一輛路過的車，因此，鳥鳴蟲唱，令人起歲月靜好之感）、客棧對過那條隱匿在森林中的步道（步道兩旁除了森林環繞，更是一大片中草葯生長區）、夜行山道時客棧微光中庭院上空那一輪圓月都成了當時深深熨帖我心之處。
第二次便是2025年2月，時隔七年，故地重遊。人世間的滄海桑田毫不例外地降臨到這處半山——周遭不復當年的寧謐（新增了五六十家同類型的客棧，難免喧囂）——可難能可貴的是，踏進大門，那熟悉的熨帖之感不僅絲毫未減，反倒愈發令人感動——温泉本身（治癒功能強大，三年半前膝蓋曾受傷，多走點路膝蓋就脹痛，温泉泡一次，立竿見影就好了）、房間裏的物品、裝修用料、審美設計、公共區域隨時皆可取用的水果點心飲料、夜間組織大家的圍爐夜話，不僅考究精緻、質量上乘，更是因為每一處細節都滲透着店主的用心良苦——那份用心絕非衹為營利的商家所有，而是有着深切的對人的體貼和真誠，以及對這片半山和温泉真正的珍視和尊重。
期待下次的重逢。
P.S 這一次也是訂了三個晚上，就這短短三天裏，老闆的私家新車就被我們有幸坐了兩回（第一回是入住首日，知道我們是時隔七年故地重遊後，聽説我們要下山吃飯準備打車，老闆不由分説便親自開車送我們下山用餐；第二回是離開的那日，老闆的公子親自開車送我們去機場），實在是既榮幸又不好意思

The villa hotel is in a villa area halfway up the mountain. The environment is very good. The Spring Festival is also very atmospheric. There are flowers everywhere and the decoration is connected. Our room is on the 2nd floor of the villa. The 1st floor is a public area. You can make tea. There is a hot spring in the room and the bedding is very good. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the taste is basically very good and can meet the basic needs. GGuest UserThis is the best homestay I have experienced at the moment. There is no one. I really feel like going home. The house is beautiful and tidy, and the room is full of warm-hearted small details, reflecting the owner's intentions and taste. On the first day of check-in, as soon as I entered the room, I smelled the fragrance of perfume orchids. The living room was also full of flowers. The fruit on the tea table was amazing. The boss planted a lot of fruit trees, there are about 10 varieties, it is the flower season, the peach blossoms, apricot flowers and plums in the courtyard are in full bloom, it is a great enjoyment for me, a flower lover, and there is a first-class karaoke stereo, singing every night, it is simply too good value. Surprisingly, the boss's good voice is first-class. Every morning, the coffee made by the boss herself tastes great, the kitchen utensils are complete, the washing machine dryer hanging ironing machine is all available, the bedding is particularly comfortable, the quilt is pure cotton, light and warm. The boss and the proprietress are very real. The boss personally drove us to Yunyan Temple and went to the undeveloped countryside. It felt like a peach blossom source where the chickens and dogs were heard and the English were colorful. Would recommend it to friends, and I will stay again next time I come to Tengchong.

十一期間，70平方左右的一室一廳衹有300多元單價/天，性價比還是很高的。房間很大，設施也不錯、比較齊全。早飯衹去了一天，每人一個白煮雞蛋、粥、饅頭和米線，能吃飽。房子在董官村，附近網紅餐廳有西董花園、上過舌尖上中國的木翠稀豆粉。木翠當早飯吃還行，不喜歡西董，乳豬皮烤得硬的不得了，其他菜也一般，不知道為什麼那麼多人排隊。還不如我們臨走時吃的巖升小館。離國殤園和紀念館15分鐘，離和順古鎮25分鐘，建議古鎮住兩天那邊美食多。然後這裏住兩天，一家人建議住別墅，一室一廳不同樓層不方便照顧。總體還是不錯的，小哥服務也不錯，愉快的住宿體驗。
