Great mountain views, which you can enjoy from the room, balcony or even sauna; the room was exceptionally clean and modern; food very good quality; the receptionist was super friendly and helped with early checkin and late checkout; we liked everything and will sure come back

We verbleven de t****e week van de kerstvakantie met zijn drieën in Stefanshof. Mijn man, onze baby en ik. Het hotel zag er prachtig uit aan de buitenkant en ligt mooi qua uitzicht. Je zit wat verder overal vandaan, maar gezien de vele voordelen was het dit zeker waard voor ons. We hadden eerst een gewone kamer en toen een suite. Die hebben we voor volgend jaar al besproken zo goed beviel dat. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en niets is ze te veel. De tafel was zelfs gedekt voor onze baby en in alles werd meegedacht. Mijn man en ik eten vegetarisch en we hebben een hele week enorm goed en gevarieerd gegeten. Met prachtig opgemaakte borden. Ik zal een foto bijvoegen van het complete nieuwjaars diner. Ook het ontbijt was erg goed en daarnaast was er nog een buffet in de middag. Het hotel verzorgt voor wie wil voldoende activiteiten. Wij hebben vooral heerlijk gewandeld boven op de berg bij de Gasserhutte, wat in 20 minuten met de auto te bereiken was. Ook Bressanone is leuk om te bezoeken en slechts op een klein half uurtje rijden. Daarnaast hebben wij erg genoten van de sauna en het zwembad. Gezien de prijs kwaliteit verhouding, de kwaliteit van het eten, de behulpzaamheid van alle personeel en gewoon het totale plaatje verdient dit hotel een dikke 10. Wij keren volgend jaar zeker terug.

Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri due shiba inu in questo hotel la notte tra il 25-26 dicembre ! Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la posizione sia per la qualità del cibo . Molto comodo il letto 🛌 è stupenda la vista dalla camera sulle Alpi innevate ! Molto bene anche la presenza di un potente phon!!! I nostri cani son ben educati e non hanno proferito parola nonostante i continui abbài del cane della stanza vicina ! Consiglio solo di verificare con qualche giro nei corridoi i disturbi degli animali lasciati da padroni poco educati . Poiché per colpa di qualcuno poi ci rimettono anche coloro che rispettano le regole e il riposo altrui !
