Esperienza capodanno 2024 - pessima Parola d’ordine : disorganizzazione e maleducazione. Accoglienza male organizzata, una fila per pagare in una stanza 3x3 che neanche alla festa di madonna in fila per i panini con la salsiccia si è mai vista! Si passa all’ingresso della sala, prosecco a richiesta, senza entre’ previsti a menu. Tavolo prenotato e pagato con posti riservati a estranei al gruppo che dopo una lunga discussione sono stati collocati altrove. Antipasto da trattoria di bassissima qualità, primo con abbinamenti discutibili in brodo star o knor, secondo con impiattamento penoso ed altrettanto discutibile nel grado di cottura e abbinamento. Ci spostiamo nella sala per ballare dove i dolci serviti a buffet prevedevano la fila simil camerata da esercito. Altra esperienza penosa. Nessun cameriere a servire lo spumante per brindare, siamo dovuti andare noi a trovare bottiglie e bicchieri!! Unica nota positiva lo spettacolo dei fuochi di Messina e Calabria visibile dalla veranda (non organizzato dalla struttura naturalmente) ed il complesso molto bravi e coinvolgenti. Mi dicono non sia più la precedente gestione, ma a prescindere da chi, la sostanza è lampante. Tutti i presenti si sono lamentati e sono rimasti scontenti. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!!!!

Fortunatamente per noi la compagnia ha salvato un cenone di capodanno da dimenticare….cibo e accoglienza inesistente… Aperitivo non presente almeno per buona parte dei presenti attendi la mezzanotte per brindare ma neanche un calice di prosecco disponibile Ben consapevoli del menu e del prezzo ma non di ricevere in un resort 5 stelle questo trattamento nella serata che programmi con gli amici con largo anticipo

Lo chiamerei Cenino di Capodanno!!! Pietanze pessime e povere, preparate senza esperienza culinaria. Per la fame, a fine cena, alcune persone hanno richiesto le cotolette previste per i bambini. Tutto pessimo!! E non aggiungo altro...

Siamo stati in 19 ospiti della struttura in occasione del veglione di capodanno, pagando 120,00€ a testa. Il menù, Dall’antipasto al dolce, e’ stato deludente (quantità e qualità delle pietanze davvero scarsa, non più di 20,00€ a voler esagerare). Per non parlare del servizio: i camerieri sembravano sbandati alla vana ricerca di un tavolo da servire. Nel momento clou della serata (mezzanotte) ci si è dovuti avventurare alla ricerca di un bicchiere di plastica e di una bottiglia di scarso spumante per poter brindare. Con riserva di opportuna azione legale per il risarcimento dei danni morali e materiali, consiglio vivamente ai gestori di cambiare al più presto mestiere evitando così di continuare a danneggiare l’immagine della nostra amata terra.

Allora parto col dire che abbiamo organizzato con gli amici di trascorrere il cenone di fine anno (del 31.12.2024) in questa splendida struttura (direi ormai molto obsoleta) che all'apparenza e bella ma ormai priva di recenti ristrutturazioni… (muri pavimenti stanze e ambienti comuni logorati e consumati dal tempo) ….l unica cosa dí veramente bello e il panorama mozzafiato sullo splendido stretto !! La nota veramente dolente del cenone è stato il cibo scarso (dí bassissima qualità e quantità) miseri piatti con della roba immangiabile 😩 Alla fine del cenone ci hanno spediti su a fare il brindisi della mezzanotte.. ma anche qua abbiamo visto la deludente organizzazione da parte della proprietà in quanto ci hanno servito del pessimo spumante e per lo più in bicchiere di plastica 😂😂😂 Comunque concludo col dire che sia io chi i miei amici ci sentiamo derubati / furtati di €120,00 a testa (eravamo in 20) x cui sconsiglio vivamente di nn andare in questo resort e mi aspetterei delle scuse pubbliche da parte della proprietà. A tal proposito ricordo che questo locale è gestito dalla stessa proprietà di Villa Ciringuito Locale da EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Struttura spettacolare per ampiezza e vista, interni un po' retrò (vedasi moquette nelle stanze e in alcune zone del corridoio), personale che andrebbe formato correttamente e maggiore attenzione verso la clientela. Un resort stellato non può avere vasche vetuste e asciugacapelli a muro vecchio stampo. Cibo nella norma.

Lovely resort. Amazing breakfast spread was included. Friendly, helpful staff. Just the transfers to Reggio, a 15 mins drive was €40 each way. I recommend having a rental car when staying here.
