The hotel itself is outdated, with door locks that use keys that you have to turn into the front desk when you leave and only the basics in the rooms: no toiletries or hair dryer in the bathroom, no desk or chair in the room itself. I would rate the hotel itself 3 stars. But the staff were the most friendly, caring, helpful staff I've ever encountered, even at much nicer hotels. The staff definitely gets 5 stars. If you're looking for a very basic place to stay where the people will take care of you, this is the best place to be.

Hotel ligt gunstig en de kamers hebben een fantastisch uitzicht. Het ontbijt is redelijk. Het zwembad zag er bij aankomst erg smerig uit en was maar voor de helft gevuld. Bij de receptie gevraagd of we de volgende dag wél zouden kunnen zwemmen. Hoewel de receptionist zei dat dat zéker kon, was het zwembad de dag erna nog niet ‘zwembaar’. Het was voor de helft schoon gestofzuigerd en voor het eerst (sinds weken?) aangevuld met chloor, waardoor we ook gisteren niet konden zwemmen. Vandaag onze laatste dag hier. Hopelijk kunnen we vandaag wél gebruik maken van het zwembad, maar ik vrees dat het zwembad pas morgen -de dag van ons vertrek- bezwembaar is. Wat ook tegenviel: dat ef geen Er geen mogelijkheid tot ontbijt is voor mensen met een glutenallergie . Het personeel wil ons daarin op geen enkele manier tegemoet komen. We hebben dus betaald voor een ontbijt dat we niet kunnen eten en moeten dus zelf in het dorp een ander ontbijt aanschaffen.

Hotel con excelentes vistas y magnífica atención, recepcionistas muy simpáticos (Diego, Rafael, Rodolfo, ...) Desayuno con vistas al océano y a la marina muy ricos y salidables. Extraordinaria atención, totalmente recomendable, con parking en el interior y muy recogido, la playa está bajando las escaleras y tiene una piscina muy limpia. Totalmente recomendable.

This hotel is so nice Located right on the beach in Vila franca do Campo, it was the perfect hotel for our family to spend our vacation. Clean, bright rooms with charming interior, and the best ocean view you can imagine, Great breakfast also included in the price! The staff was very helpful and professional. We will come back.....

Si sta bene, posizione fantastica in riva al mare, comodo per accedere ai ristoranti sulla spiaggia, personale gentilissimo, pulito, letto comodo ....ma andrebbe ristrutturato con particolare riguardo ai bagni....

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, il offre une belle vue sur la plage et le port. Mais pour le reste nous avons été plutôt déçu. L'isolation est horrible, nous entendions tout à l'intérieur ou l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Et c'est frustrant, car il y a beaucoup de potentiel, mais l'hôtel n'est pas entretenu (rempli de mauvaises herbes sur le chemin par exemple). Et finalement les chambres sont très humides, à tel point, que même l'abat-jour d'une lampe était complètement moisi) .
