Nice place to stay. Our unit was a little small. Animals around was a treat. Good location not too far not too close to Vigan City. Its quite a drive from Angeles City. Some units have parking some didn’t. Otherwise you have to park way out there. Parking was not paved. Watch out for mud. Staff are nice.

The idea of the hotel is good, but the implementation and maintenance is very poor. You could say it's actually substandard. The service at breakfast is very poor. We waited over an hour for breakfast. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Since the deer roam freely across the entire property, there is animal droppings everywhere.

We only went for lunch (April 25, 2023). However, we are quite dissatisfied due to bad customer service. They have a large number of employees who are chit talking, standing around, and glaring at us. They never ask or courtesy us where we should sit till we ask. My brother even offered them a tip before we received our meal to ensure that we had excellent service. We even instructed them to put up the table properly because the tables outside were already old and shaky. The meal is average, and it takes far too long to arrive, given that we are the only customers at the time. the Toilets were dirty and lack of tissue and disinfectant. Not recommended.

Everything is Poorly Organized from the main building, parking, hotel room, food menu, and breakfast. 1. Upon arriving no one will greet you with "hey welcome to" or "need help with your things" 2. We were not able to get out because our cars were blocked in the parking lot. There was an event during our first night, no one from the management cared to arrange or organize the parking. The worst is that the attendant was blaming the guest. 3. Hotel - cheaply designed rooms, motel-like animal print blankets & pillows, no safe, no telephone, and broken heater 4. Staff does not know what's on their menu. 5. Breakfast - Oil, oil, oil. Small bangus head and small langonisa! 6. They are not wearing masks! Bumawi lang sila sa service. 7. Very poor internet connection. I maybe wrong, but chavit owns a telco or internet company. 8. Baluarte is 💩.

This is a great place to visit. The resort is set up like your in a first class African Safari Resort. I love the way the giraffes, birds, and deers are all around the place and can easily be accessible. The villas are great. Pool and customer service is great as well. Some items to improve is more abs better food variety in the restaurant and we had a bad experience on our last night where the villa next to ours smuggled in a dog that made a lot of noise that night. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this resort

We decided to stay here for the new year to escape Manila and the loud festivities. It was indeed quiet and that was nice. Staff was nice enough and helpful. Although at times it felt like they didn't really know what was going on most of the time. We asked if there were any new year activities planned and they said there weren't any. Which wasn't surprising since there were animals and loud noise would have scared them. But I would have at least expected some type of greeting the new year event at the restaurant for the guests. Like a small gathering and a countdown. Maybe some champagne or cider. But no. Nothing at all. There was also no explanation on the inclusions for the stay. Like how to feed the animals or tours. Nothing was offered. You had to ask them about it. The rooms were OK and clean. Comfy and the hot shower was working. But for some odd reason they didn't think to have phones in the room? You can't call the front desk or the restaurant. You have to physically walk there or call them with your own cellphone. Which was definitely frustrating. The pool was dirty. Looks nice in the pictures but there was grime and sludge in the pool. The food was so/so. So we decided not to order anything. The free breakfast was also so/so. Watery soup, watery juice, and the food itself was just pretty plain. They never fully filled the buffet area. They would only add a small amount whenever it was empty or near empty. So I was afraid that maybe if you get there a bit late they wouldn't refill the buffet and you'd be stuck with whatever was left. There was also no bread station or choices for drinks. No cereal and milk. Their free shuttle to Calle crisologo also only went up to 8pm for pick up. I mean that's like the bare minimum. That's when the fun begins really. So best to take your own vehicle instead. We didn't visit the Baluarte since it wasn't really explained to us and when we checked out we asked if it was still possible to get a tour with them and their golf carts/electric vehicles but they said no. They were charging and none was available. But honestly I think they just lied since we already checked out. So overall it was an OK stay since it was quiet and relaxing and I was with my family and kids and they enjoyed the animals. Would I stay again? Probably not unless someone else is paying. All the brochures made a big deal of the animals etc but they never really explained anything about it so it was just a regular hotel thing for me with random animals around.
