It's a little old, but it's clean and the staff are polite and nice.
The shower room was easy to use and had hot water, so there were no problems.
The location is right in the middle of the main street, so it's a great place for sightseeing.
If you're visiting this tourist spot, I recommend this hotel.

Had a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away.

I made a big stupid mistake of paying too much money for a hotel like this. This hotel was greatly disappointed after staying only in the belief of false reviews and reputation. Poor services, facilities, and breakfast!!! They didn't even offer complimentary mineral water. They say to use a water dispenser in the hallway. Ha Ha Ha! Services worse than a cheap motel!
