From the moment of check in was welcomed with a lovely lady (Julia I think her name was), very friendly and so customer focused Room was very well layer out and spacious from comfy bed, to microwave, kitchen cutleries and crockery Bathroom had one of the best showers and amenities! WOW !! Breakfast was decent had a good spread of continental and danish with various coffee / tea - the view on the 12th floor for the bar and breakfast was stunning Absolutely brilliant hotel located in the centre opposite the Karagan station wherein you can take the train or bus into town / airport Definitely recommended. Well done team Thank you for an amazing stay

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Great hotel. Interesting room design. New renovation, furniture. Shower with a transparent door, if you are shy, you can separate the sleeping area with a curtain. Comfortable bed, pillows. Phone charger built into the nightstand. The hotel is located 3-5 minutes to the metro, 15-20 minutes by metro to the center without transfers. The staff is very responsive, always happy to help. There is a storage room on the -1 floor, where you can leave your bag, there is also a fitting room where you can change clothes and a steamer if you need to iron. The reception is all in greenery, there are places to wait and even a swing, exercise. A restaurant where you can have a full meal or a snack. In general, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for people. This hotel reminded me of a hotel in Singapore. Thank you!

Staying here now. A great location for touring the city. Metro station U1 (REDLINE) right outside hotel on the right and close to shopping area and museums, aquarium and street food/ market street. Kids friendly hotel (play room for little kids, not for 4 years old upwards). Staff not too friendly but I think this is due to busy period of the year & no time to carter to non-urgent matters. But if you manager to track down a staff & ask for help, it happens quickly. Clean lobby - water available for guest, coffee, tea, small lobby though, could run into people easily if crowded. Breakfast - good, clean, outside Terrence was open so good space. But a bit crowded by 8-9 am. Food variation, lots of different things and great for people who do not eat pork. Rooms -modern, clean, updated furniture. Pray it stays this way compare to past reviews 2019, 2020. Could be bit more dust-up; but hey its summer so open windows / dust is normal. TV very great size & distance from bed. Mini-bar / kitchen yay :-) kids were happy. Beds - very comfortable, sheets smells very clean, pillow- fluffy and smells clean fresh & new. No dirt under bed. I checked. Bathroom - oh I am surprised, cleaned , no mold on the bathroom tub, or shower area. I must say this was amazing. VERY CLEAN BATHROOM. Halls from Elevator - clean surprisingly no stains, no trash cans (thank goodness) and not smelling, it was very airy and spacious for tolling baggages back & forth. Elevator not dirty, mirrors / steel very clean. Windows big with lights, no balcony. Curtains very clean a bit dusty again. Overall I kept looking for something, but this time I have no major complain then perhaps friendier staff will be a bonus, but hey o one should stop your happiness. We spent 3 nights here and we were happy with our stay. The check-in was quick and the room was spacious as expected. We topped up our water bottles every morning using the free water cooler in reception which was very handy. The hotel is well located by Vorgartenstraße and Praterstern metro stations which gets you to the centre within 10 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is the pillows. They were quite flat and not very comfortable. The hotel isn't that well signposted so it can be easily missed when you're trying to find it, but that's what Google Maps is for! Overall, a peasant stay that didn't break the bank.

We liked Hilton Waterfront overall but please see some good things and areas of improvement: - Leon and Maria at main reception are really good and excellent. They do everything to take care of guests and do best effort. Hilton Management should award them for their excellent job. - Natasha in Executive Lounge is also very good in her work. She looks at minute details and ensure every guest is taken care very well. She is excellent and Hilton Management please take note of her good work. - Overall Hilton Waterfront has water problem that is either extremely hot water comes or extremely cold water comes and it not easy to get it fixed. Please improve it. - Many things such as phone in room, lockers in Sauna area etc does not work and someone needs to check them on regular basis to ensure everything is seamless. Overall we liked it. Due to above mentioned people, we loved our stay and ignored any hick-ups.

The breakfast was good, the service was good, the staff was very nice, the location was good, only 10 minutes walk from the train station. But there was no refrigerator in the room, and I asked the hotel for 1 cup of hot water, and the restaurant charged 4.5 euros, which was a sky-high price for hot water, and I only got 1 cup, and I had to pay another 4.5 euros for the second cup! Yuan!

Should provide conditioner and lotion. It's very drying there with the hot shower. Breakfast should be varied. Same breakfast menu for 5 days was tiring. Breakfast was eu19 per pax, standard but pricy for the selections served. Location is good, staff are nice. It's clean and the aircon or heater works. Will be good to have a small iron in the room. Gym was small and basic but only one or two at the time of me using it, so was fine.

The location was so amazing and not far from the city center and walking distance to Danube River Staff was so helpful and breakfast was large with many options and wide selection options for all and vegan Dinner was seafoods night and really everything was perfect from shrimps steamed and smoked or fresh with salad plus very tasty lobster Room was nice and warm The gym is really good

The hotel is located about 10 or 12 minutes' walk from Prater underground station, in a quiet street near the trade show arena. The room was technically fairly large, but a large portion of the area not occupied by my bed was for some reason occupied by an additional, smaller bed, as a result of which there was no space to do exercises, for example. I found the internet connection to be poor. Whenever I disconnected for any reason (in the elevator, sustained disuse of the phone, entry into flight mode), then the connection didn't automatically return. The fitness room was not much, just slightly better than nothing, and unfortunately, they limit the hours for some obscure reason, closing it already at 22:00. The breakfast was halfway decent. I appreciated the falafel and the commercially packaged tomato spread. The rolls were good. The fruit selection was rather negligible. I was very positively impressed by the fact that breakfast started at 06:00. I'll probably stay here again some day, but it will never be a hotel to get excited about.
