Popular Vienna 4-star Hotels

The hotel was located at a distance of 10 to 15 minutes walk away from a metro station. The room was not big, marginally enough for the use of a solo traveller. The hotel was aged and the furniture in the room was outdated, needed to be replaced.

The room is suitable. The location is very convenient and the staff is very nice. I will definitely come back to stay again. THANK YOU.

The hotel location is wonderful, and the staff is excellent. However, the room could benefit from new furniture, as the bed frame and bed appear quite old. The room's color scheme also feels outdated. Additionally, while the exterior of the hotel is currently yellow, a fresh and modern color design might enhance its appearance.

Conveniently located hotel that’s almost connected to Wien hbf. So very convenient for rail connections. Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?

I wrote an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and got a response within an hour, which is nice. I arrived at 11am and an early check in was available. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The room is very spacious for its price. You can easily reach the Schönbrunn Palace by bus or on foot. It is also close to a metro station and a supermarket. Provided: Coffee capsule machine, fridge, TV, hair dryer, safe. P.S. I stored my luggage after I checked out, they store them in a locked room but they don’t tag your luggage or anything. When you go back to get the luggage, you just have to tell the reception that you want to take the luggage then they will lead you to the room. It felt kind of strange and a little bit insecure. Also I was gonna check out at 12 but at 11:56 there is already someone knocking and asked me when will I go. Besides these the stay was a very pleasant experience.

Great hotel with amazing staff and quality of service. I arrived to the hotel and was allocated a room that had no fridge and asked a member of staff to provide me a fridge, so they changed a room to a better one. This is an amazing level of professionalism to satisfy the needs of the client. I was pleased to stay there for a night. Everything was very clean and perfect. I really enjoyed the stay.

Family of four stayed here for 5 days to meet with friends coming from Italy. The hotel is close to metro and tram so easily access to city for concerts and museums. Hotel has a lttle indoor pool (not heated) and sauna for kids to swim and play. Breakfast doesn’t have fresh fruits and not enough variety so each day is the same. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located at a great location. It is very close to the central train station and just a 5 minutes walk from Belvedere Castle. The hotel is located on a busy street, but my room was quiet even though it was overlooking the street. There was some confusion regarding the room I was supposed to stay in, and a manager got involved to help very swiftly. The issue was resolved in a matter of minutes and I was given a different room. The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. So was the manager. The room was spacious and clean. Hot water in the shower. Balcony, overlooking the street. Thick blinds. The bed was big and comfortable. The linen was clean. The only note I would make is about the cleanliness of the desk. I had to wipe it with a wet wipe and turned out the desk was quite dusty. The bathroom was, however, very clean and tidy with plenty of towels. I liked that there was a mini-fridge where I could keep any food I had with me. The rooms also came with a built-in wardrobe and a safe. The price was very good, especially considering the close proximity to the city centre. I liked that I could collect a map of Vienna from reception. I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

It is a place where you can feel the old Vienna. The breakfast restaurant was also famous. It is a bit disappointing that there are no vegetables, but I am very satisfied with the location and everything else!

The recipcion was good,I would like to thanks manager of the hotel madam Elizabeth,she was very cooperative with us,in all things.and I advise any person when com to Vienna to stay in this hotel if I will com back to Vienna, sure I will reserve room in this hotel.
