3-Star Hotels in Vienna

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and has a variety of foods and drinks. The hotel staff allowed us to check out at 11am instead of 10am so that we have some time to explore the city before leaving. Sleep may be disturbed by the clock outside ringing at night and in the morning.

Very regular chain hotel, everything very cheap. I think that even 100€ is overpriced for this place No kettle in the room but you could take hot water in the bar downstairs Bed is ok. So for one night it’s ok option if you need just a room to slip in and take a train next day

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

The hotel has excellent location right next to the train station with easy access to public transportation to the center of Vienna. Considering the price, quality of rooms is on a very high level - clean bathrooms, spacious enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would stay again on my next stay in Vienna. We arrived in this facility with the taxi taken at Vienna Airport, we paid €62 in 4 since the hotel is 26 km away. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed despite being very late, entered into the room we found a very comfortable, minimal but very nice room. The next morning we asked for information for the Vienna centre and the boy at the reception showed and marked on the package. The hotel is close to the metro, has a penny supermarket, a tobacco store and a pharmacy next door. Super comfortable beds, excellent daily cleaning, air conditioned in the room.

When we arrived, there were two drunk men at the bar next to the reception. They sing and we found it a little unpleasant. The receptionist first cared about the drinks of the men and not about us. We had to wait a bit although our request came first. During the night you could hear other people. The location is relatively good and the hotel is cheap.

Coming from a first-time female solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than this hotel. Location — You can’t beat the location for both walking and taking public transport. It’s also next door to a grocery store called Julius Meinl, which adds a whole other layer of convenience. The area is safe at all hours of the day. Although the crowded city center is right outside the door, the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, and I never heard any of the outside noise from my room. Staff — The staff was extremely friendly, the front desk felt like a safe space where I could ask questions and they were happy to answer them and provide any resources or help I needed. I arrived before check-in time and expected to just leave my luggage with the front desk, but the staff checked and let me know my room was ready and treated it like it was no inconvenience for me to check in early. Amenities — Housekeeping leaves a fresh jug of water in your room each day, and there was an included buffet-style continental breakfast each morning. The breakfast was my favorite part, as there was always a large assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, jams, spreads, you name it. There is also a high tech coffee machine that will make any drink you want in seconds. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning was so good I had to turn it down at some points. Bathroom was well stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion, towels, tp, tissues, etc. I really couldn’t come up with a shortcoming or complaint about this hotel if I tried. I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Vienna, but especially if it’s your first time traveling alone and want to stay somewhere friendly, calm and close to everything.

The hotel is well located near Westbahnhof. It would be best to reach there by bus from the airport. There are multiple buses and trams that could be reached within walking distance. Major tourist attraction such as Schönbrunn can be reached easily via tram connections. There are a lot of restaurants around and we especially recommend the Japanese place next door :) All in all, the hotel is chic and clean. The room is a bit small but well equipped. They also have a little reading area/ pantry in the shared area which is a good additipn, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea there with a nice book. Note that they have self check-in which is pretty efficient.

After living for more than a week, the breakfast was the same for every day, and the variety was very small. Although the quality was good, it was easy to get tired. The room is slightly cramped, but still clean, the big bed for the twin room needs to add 20 euros / person, not happy, the hotel seat is not the city center, but the transportation is convenient, there is no parking lot, the public parking space at the door is not many. Next time I have the opportunity to go there, I will consider the apartment and will not choose this kind of budget hotel.
