Excellent location with the metro station across the main road 50 yards away, 30 minutes, and 1 change later. You're in the centre and at €8.40 for a pass valid for 24 hours (not a day pass) gteat value. Rooms are very clean with daily cleaning if required. Amenities include Coffee maker Fridge TV Shower (with shower gel provided) Bedside reading lights Sockets for charging Hotel Ipad in room with all the info about hotel Room service Wardrobe Coat hangers Air-conditioning Breakfast Served from 6.30 till 10.30 Massive choice, including Fresh bread, many varieties Cold meats, many varieties Yogurts Cheese, many varieties Hot bacon Scrambled eggs (personally my favourite) Hard boiled eggs Many salad choices And much more. Bar was very popular in the evening, and many guests used the facility very reasonably priced. Check out before midday and the option to leave luggage at no extra cost. Definitely stay here again when visiting Vienna

The location is good, just a few stops from the shopping street with the underground train which is located near the hotel. Breakfast is great and starts at 6 AM which is good for our early flight. The hotel is value for money. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Overall, the comfort was okay, but there is suspicion of being overcharged. Upon check-in, there was no mention of a check-out time at 11 a.m., and both the order page in the app and Google Maps indicated a check-out time of 12 p.m. When I went to check out around 12:15 p.m., there was a line at the front desk, and I was informed that there would be an additional €20 charge for late check-out. The receptionist explained that it was €10 per hour. However, this was not communicated to me during check-in, and it seems like they took advantage of out-of-town guests.

The hotel is very artsy. It is clean and spacious for 3 adults. Location is good as it is attached to a mall. Staff are friendly. However the wondows are not heated hence water will seep through causing wet floor around the window. Parking is a huge issue as roadside parking are not allowed and had to park in garage ( paid €21 per night). Overall it is value for money but you need to travel abit to town centre.

Great hotel with amazing staff and quality of service. I arrived to the hotel and was allocated a room that had no fridge and asked a member of staff to provide me a fridge, so they changed a room to a better one. This is an amazing level of professionalism to satisfy the needs of the client. I was pleased to stay there for a night. Everything was very clean and perfect. I really enjoyed the stay.

酒店地理位置是很好的，因為它就在地鐵站旁邊，方便旅行者出行。但是我非常不理解為什麼每天打掃房間的總是忘記給我放毛巾還有沐浴露，這使得我體驗感非常不好。而且我被安排住在1樓，這間房隔音不太好，我能聽得到1樓客人前往公共廁所的聲音，第一天把我吵醒，非常難受。除了這兩點，都不錯。

This restaurant is pretty good because it has a good seat and the breakfast is also delicious and can meet my personal needs. For example, the travel information is good. The main thing is that the transportation is convenient. It is very fast to go to and from the opera house and so on. I might stay here again

No parking, the nearest parking is for €41 a day, the hotel is self-service to check in and check out. The location is very good

The hotel is about 8 minutes away from the nearest subway. It is a typical business hotel with self-service check-in and parking lot on the ground floor. The room is not big and the bathroom is small. There is no refrigerator. The overall hygiene level is OK. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet. Next to it There is a large shopping mall and several large supermarkets. It is very convenient to supply supplies. This is a major selling point of the hotel's location. Although it is not the first choice, it is good as a second choice.
