The room was spotless, and breakfast was great. The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's just a 1-minute walk to the subway station, with a supermarket and various restaurants right next door. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
My overall experience was great! The hotel is located near several famous attractions in Vienna, which made exploring the city easy. The room was very clean, and the attention to detail in cleaning was impressive. Additionally, the option to keep our luggage before check-in was an important convenience. Thank you for the thoughtful arrangements! I’m glad I chose this hotel!
Location is a little off city center but close to tram (5 mins walk) and metro (12 mins walk). Its right next to University of Vienna and there are 3 supermarkets nearby, and a few restaurants. To district 1 its about 30 mins using the tram or about 50 mins walk. To Belvedere its about 30 mins walk.
Room is very clean and well maintained and love the huge balcony! The microwave in the room is very useful and the fridge is big compared to other hotels. They have an in house laundromat with about 5 washers and dryers.
Would recommend this place if you don’t mind staying a little off city center.

The room is very large at 65 square meters and feels more than adequate. The decoration is very new and very good. The bathroom and washroom are separated. It is large and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The price is amazing and the price-performance ratio is very high.
The Chinese food and supermarket downstairs are very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to get to the subway to the scenic spots and a few stops to the train station.
Before we left, we tidied up the kitchen and cleaned up the garbage. I hope the next residents will also be satisfied.
Location is great, very close to a station on U3 line. Reception is 24/7 open, which is good for late check-in if needed. We checked out on Easter Sunday and they gave us small chocolate bunnies, it was lovely!
The location isn't ideal. There's a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, and public transport access is quite inconvenient. The room itself was pretty good and quite spacious. However, no complimentary water was provided. Plus, the nearest supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away and closes quite early.
We were kindly upgraded to a suite by the front desk, which was a wonderful bonus! The room was spotless, had excellent soundproofing, and was wonderfully quiet at night. The location is also excellent; just about a 200-meter walk away, you'll find a bus stop with routes directly to the city center and the Heroes' Square area. Even better, the 71E bus stops right at the hotel entrance for the return journey, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel does show its age a bit, Vienna truly is renowned as one of the most livable cities. Consistent with this, the hotel's maintenance and service are absolutely top-notch, more than making up for any dated aspects.
The room has plenty of power outlets, allowing you to charge all your devices simultaneously. It’s spacious and offers a wide selection of TV channels, including sports. However, there is no water kettle provided. As is typical for B&B hotels, vending machines are available in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Vienna Central Station, with easy access to the tram, a supermarket, and several restaurants. Vienna Central also features a wide variety of dining options, including Asian cuisine, all within walking distance.
The location was good and the condition of the accommodation was not bad, but the elevator was broken as soon as I arrived.. I arrived around 7pm and there was no one there to respond, so I sent an email and called the emergency number I was given because I had a carrier, and explained the situation, but they said there was no one there and they couldn't respond right away and that someone would come the next day, which was absurd;; I contacted the restaurant staff on the first floor and they said they would contact me again, but I didn't get a call... In the end, I stood in front of the elevator for 30 minutes and put the carrier in the locker half a floor above, and even after eating dinner and coming back, the problem wasn't solved, so I was confused, but fortunately, an employee at the pizza place on the first floor came out and told me how to operate the elevator, so I was finally able to go up. However, the elevator shoe wasn't fixed for the entire 4 nights, so I had to keep putting my hand through the gap in the elevator to activate the sensor and get on...
It's a bit scratchy, but it's a bit worn out.
The room is quite large, the facilities are good, there is a refrigerator, the service is very intimate, and the cups for three people are arranged, toothbrush razors and other toiletries. There are also some cakes and fruits in the lobby on the first floor for free for guests to eat.

Amazing
KKattyfangAmong Vienna's accommodation options, the Hotel Imperial Riding School was the one that captivated me from the moment I arrived, and even more so after my stay. As a five-star hotel hidden in the heart of the city, it perfectly blends a sense of history, ingenious design, and convenient transportation, perfectly embodying the meaning of ”living amidst the scenery.”
Transportation: Tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot or by car.
The five-star service is attentive at every turn, and I was very satisfied with the delicious and hearty breakfast.
SShenyuxin, zongyouyigezailushangThe hotel is very beautiful, the experience is very good, the location is good to find, the transportation is convenient, the next time you come to Vienna, you will have to live here, if the front desk staff can be more enthusiastic, it will be even better.
MM10321****The room was spotlessly clean. Our family room was fantastic as it comprised two adjoining rooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel is also super close to the train station, just a five-minute walk away, making it extremely easy to get around.
GGuest UserI couldn’t be happier during my three nights of stay at the Intercontinental Vienna. I was given an early check in upon arrival after a tiring long haul flight. The front desk staff was so warm and helpful, giving me all the tips to browse the city area. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better as the Metro station is directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The breakfast was awesome with good quality food which fed me so well that I didn’t need a meal for the day until later in the afternoon. I want to specially mention the nicest staff at its bar who not only provided excellent service but showed their warmth and care to their customers. During Xmas day, after my dinner at the bar, one of the staff kindly ran to the life to give me a plate of chocolate biscuits to wish me a merry Christmas. I was so touched and want to use here to express my thanks to them and to that particular staff. I wish I had his name ! Overall, I throughly enjoyed my stay there and will not hesitate to come back if I ever visit Vienna. It is the most value for money place I have stayed.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a small facade, tucked away in a very atmospheric alley, which feels quite romantic in the evenings. The rooms are a bit basic but surprisingly spacious. I stayed in July, and the shower water remained quite cold even after running it for a long time, so I could only manage a quick, rather cold shower. Breakfast was decent, enough to fill you up. The bus stop right at the corner by the hotel is very convenient, and the stops are quite close together. To get to the Old Town Square, you just need to cross the road to catch the 74A bus. The subway (U-Bahn) is also convenient, but for travel between the main train station and the hotel, you'll likely be taking a regional train that runs on a specific schedule, unlike the more frequent subway lines back home. For anyone planning to take this train, make sure to allow ample time, otherwise you might easily miss it. Also, I didn't notice many readily available taxis in Vienna.
GGuest UserThe hotel's design is modern and elegant, making you feel comfortable and relaxed.
The room is clean and well-equipped (free upgrade to a large room with refrigerator)
Rich variety of breakfast
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Vienna Main Station, and there is a tram passing by the door. The Belvedere Palace is next door, which makes it convenient for us to explore this beautiful city.
The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem at all with luggage storage.
We had a great time here and look forward to visiting again in the future.
YYanThe hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break.
GGuest UserThe hotel in a great location, 5-minute walk to Metro station and 2-minute walk to a very nice restaurant. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a good coffee shop. However, there is no hanger in the bathroom to hold the clothes
Ttheo.
