Hotel is well situated in the Josefstadt. Tram just a few minutes away and lots of Restaurants close by. The Hotels own Wine Bar served wine mainly from the immediate Region.
Friendly staff, breakfast with everything one needs and rooms a little larger than average made our stay very pleasant. We will come back for sure.

The room type I chose is on the fourth floor with a good view. The omelette for breakfast is also very good, you can add what you want to the kitchen. The only downside is that you have to go up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator. The elevator is an old-fashioned elevator, which is very interesting and has a sense of design. Also don't book the first floor, the room is damp and dark. A room with sunshine upstairs is very comfortable

Really enjoyed the penthouse room, really really high ceiling and large windows. Had some trouble getting the blings down though. Huge bathroom with great bathtub. Will stay here again next time I’m in Vienna.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel zum ersten Mal und es ist wirklich sehr zentral gelegen. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und großteils heimische Lebensmittel. Das Thema Wein wird gut umgesetzt. Allerdings hatten wir schon 3 Sterne Häuser, die diesen Hotelstandard hatten, für 4 Sterne haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Nur um ein Beispiel zu nennen, hatte einer der Bademäntel starke Abnutzungsspuren, was sicher nicht einem gehobenen Stand entspricht. Von außen ist es sehr unscheinbar, aber der Eingangsbereich ist dafür umso netter gestaltet. Es ist Wien und man ist mitten in der Innenstadt, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar und die U-Bahn ist nur 600 m entfernt. Straßenbahn erreicht man noch schneller. In der näheren Umgebung sind Lokale und auch ein Supermarkt. Vom Westbahnhof gerade einmal drei Stationen mit der U-Bahn. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Regendusche ist echt ein Traum. Allerdings ist es mir zu viel Design und zu wenig gemütlich. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Das Personal ist aber durchaus freundlich, besonders hervorheben möchten wir die junge Dame und auch den jungen Herren beim Frühstück. Die beiden sind besonders zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super und regional, allerdings gab es "nur" drei verschiedene Marmeladen, dafür umso mehr Käse. Die Frühstückräume sind sehr nett und gemütlich dekoriert.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, the first time being 7 years ago. We loved this hotel then and our opinion hasn’t changed. The breakfast is superb with so many local delicacies that one needs to restrain oneself not to overeat. Service was as friendly and helpful as we recalled from the first time. The wine themed room was spacious and well appointed and the Grune Veltliner excellent 😊 The location is ultra convenient: quiet street, yet close to public transport, several restaurants and bars close by , walk to the Museumquartier. The area itself is actually a destination in itself. Looks like we will be back for a third time in the next year or two.

I got a nice spacious and clean room with the cool wine-themed design. Service was excellent both at the reception and at the hotel's bar, where fresh and tasty breakfasts are also served. Location is also a plus - a quiet street in walking distance to the city center and a number of public transport options. Overall a great experience.
