The facilities are pretty good. However, slippers were supposed to be provided, but they weren't, so I asked the counter and they said they were given out on a weekly basis, but they were all gone now and would give me the next day. The next day, they said I had to wait two more days to get them. In the end, I had to wear shoes without slippers for three days. And even though I paid the same amount every day, they only gave me two bottles of water on the first day, but didn't give me water on the second and third days. I had to go down to the first floor to get water from the port. And the towels and bedding smelled a little. However, the location is really good because it's right next to the station.

Highly recommend this hotel. The room facilities are quite new and the service is good. Very close to the train station, very convenient to go anywhere. I will book this hotel next time I go to Vienna.
