الموقع ممتاز على بعد خطوات من السنتر ، والفندق نظيف ، واللوبي واسع ومريح ، محطة المترو قريبة جدا ، يوجد مكيف ، انصح به اذا كان السعر مناسب ، لان الاسعار على حسب الموسم ، من السلبيات ان الغرفة لايوجد بها خزائن للملابس ، ولا غلاية ماء ، ولا كوي للملابس ممكن موجود بالطلب ، ولا ثلاجة .

I come to Vienna every New Year's Eve. Since this hotel opened, I have stayed here every year. The main design is that this location is really convenient to the opera house and the Golden Hall. I like the breakfast more, and the price is cost-effective, but the service is really hard to describe, and it is getting worse every year. This time, I was in the room and another guest used the room card to open my room! ! ! Fortunately, I met a compatriot, so communication was convenient. I went to the front desk to ask and found out that they gave me the wrong room and gave the same room to two of us... What's more, the hotel asked me to change rooms the next day! They said that the hotel was full and they wanted to change back to the room type I originally booked. I didn't want to take advantage of you, but I really didn't want to toss because I had too much luggage. Because a similar situation happened last year, I specifically emphasized at the front desk this time that they didn't want to upgrade my room. I didn't want to change rooms in the middle of the stay! Last year was also very excessive. They asked me to check out at 11 o'clock, store my luggage, and check in after 3 pm! I flew all the way from China to watch the show, and I didn't do anything all day, so I accompanied you to change rooms? Anyway, everything should be based on their work convenience...

The location was good and very convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable.

First of all, the location is really good. Although Austria has better security than other European countries, this region in particular was even better. On the day I went to Schonbulon Palace, I went down to the lower level and got scolded because I was scared because the atmosphere was so different from the one where I was staying.

I am very satisfied with the location, service, and cleanliness! This accommodation is suitable for single use and is very close to the Opera House. Early check-in was possible, so I checked in around 12 o'clock, and there was no dust on the blanket, so I was able to fall asleep without sneezing. This is a place where you can rest well enough to extend your stay for another day.

Leider war ich diesmal erneut und zunehmend etwas mehr enttäuscht. Die Lage wirklich großartig, insgesamt finde ich Motel One Hotels in Großstädten extrem angenehm, schlichte und klare Einrichtung und super Locations, jedoch ruht sich dieses Hotel bei seiner exzellenten Lage leider etwas auf seinem schon älter werdenden Glanz aus. Die Einrichtung zunehmend heruntergekommen, Atmosphäre und Reinlichkeit nehmen ab. Bei Preisen bei weit über 200 € für die Nacht absolut inadäquat -diese zunehmende Mittelmäßigkeit bringt mich wohl dazu, künftig Alternativen in Wien zu suchen.
