Worst hotel stayed during the 1 month trip to Europe. Service standard is lacking, only hotel that I been to with nobody smiling and the water turns hot and cold while showering.

Excellent location and it is right next to Vienna Central Station. Staff is friendly.
Room: Fair considering it is a 3-star hotel. However, I could not withstand the poor bathing facility as the water turned super cold or super hot during bathing every time!

Live very close to Vienna station station a lot of things to buy very convenient but the room type is messy toilet no window and dark and disabled toilet weird TV and can not see

非常一般的房間，除了離火車站近就沒啥優點了，房間很小，床衹有1.5米，而且連一瓶水都不提供，更別説燒水壺什麼的了。洗浴用品衹有一瓶，也不怎麼好用，總之應急住一下還可以，多住幾天真的不行。早餐17歐一個人，幾乎都是冷盤，沒啥可吃的，不划算
