The room is big enough and clean. There is a Billy next to it. It is very close to the bus station and the train station. The kitchen facilities are complete and the communication at the front desk is also smooth.

It is an apartment and not an aparthotel as it is stated. For an apartment outside the city I find this accommodation very expensive. It is a self-service apartment, you have to take out the garbage and do the daily cleaning yourself. The description of this accommodation is quite misleading. For example, a fitness room is indicated, but there are 2 small treadmills in a small room. Breakfast is offered by a restaurant next door for €16.50 pp. Way too expensive for such a meager breakfast. You do not get extra pillows or other necessities.
Tram line 1 is around the corner, but it takes way too long to get to the city, about 30 min.
In short, to avoid disappointment, know exactly what you are booking.

Check-in and check-out are very convenient. The discount supermarket is just across the street. The transportation is convenient. It's a few minutes' walk from U1.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. I definitely recommend it to everyone coming to Vienna. The staff is very good. The rooms are great. There is everything for eating and drinking. It is air conditioned and all furniture is first class. We were very pleased. Citadiness is happiness.
