I was surprised that the room was larger than I expected. It was convenient to have a kitchen. There was a microwave, a kettle, an induction cooker, a refrigerator, and dishes. There is a 120L limit on the amount of water you can use in the shower, so be careful. It was close to the tram station, so it was easy to go sightseeing.

Bonjour, je remercie Natty pour l'accueil agréable qu'elle m'a réservé, je remercie Thais pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse et je n'oublie pas de remercier Larissa qui a été très gentille et s'est excusée lorsque je lui ai dit que quelqu'un s'était présenté à 16h02, en frappant comme un fou à la porte de ma chambre et en criant: "Tu as payé pour rester jusqu’à 16h et qu'il n'était pas obligé de se comporter comme ça, je me suis même demandé si ce que je vivais était réel, c'était tellement incroyable, une telle agressivité. Je lui ai demandé de se comporter en gentleman. Tout était parfait, mais cet homme a tout gâché, ça ne donne pas envie de revenir un jour. Puis je descends et le vois à la réception en train de rire comme si de rien n'était, un vrai malade mental. J'espère que le « karma » lui rendra son attitude inacceptable. Hormis cet incident, la performance était impeccable. Je souhaite bonne chance à Natty, Thais et Larissa pour la suite !

This is a very cost-effective hotel. The room is much bigger than the one I booked for over 1,000 yuan, and there is even a small living room. I took a video and sent it to my friends, and they couldn't believe that this was a room that could be booked for over 400 yuan. Every staff at the front desk is very enthusiastic and can store luggage.

호텔 로비에서 커피를 즐길 수 있고 짐도 보관해주며 객실이 무척 쾌적하고 좋습니다. 다만 중앙 냉방이라 객실 온도를 조절하지 못한다는 게 조금 아쉽네요. 이 점만 제외하면 다른 점은 모두 좋았습니다! 다음에 비엔나에 또 오게 되면 이 곳에 다시 머물고 싶어요😊

교통편의성, 청결, 직원친절 모두 모두 만족한 숙소랍니다. 재방문 의사 100% 있고요. 다만 냄비와 프라이팬 없는 건 보완점이고요. 전체적으로 매우 만족입니다.
