Good location and clean. The only down side is the air conditioning is not cold at all during our stay. Sometime at night can be quite hot.

regarding the room service experience I had today. The male staff member who came to deliver the item to my room was noticeably unfriendly and unprofessional, which left me quite disappointed.

It had a good history and location. I was alone so I used a single room and it was nice. It was a pity that the room I was assigned was between buildings so it didn't seem like there was a window even though it was there. Overall, I was very satisfied with the place.

The location is very good, two minutes to the pedestrian street and three minutes to the subway station. The front desk staff is very professional. They answer all questions and provide helpful suggestions. It is a quiet hotel in a busy city.

The location is impeccable as I can walk to all the tourist attractions that I have planned for myself. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got help with my luggage to my room and my tickets printed out very promptly. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only little downside to the room is that there were 5 steps of stairs in my room that made it a little challenging for me to lift my luggage out and also a potential risk of accident of missing a step but this is not significant for me.
