Die Rezeption es ist sehr gut organisiert, super freundlich. Das kleine süße aber sehr saubere Hotel, liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe vom West Bahnhof und ist fantastisch mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn zu erreichen. Schönbrunn Schloss sehr nah. Ich wünschte sehr,ich würde mit meinem Sohn ein Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen aber das war eigentlich das einzige was keine 100%ige Zufriedenheit gestellt hat. Alles sonst wirklich top 👍

部屋が広く、調理器具(ケトル、電子レンジ、比較的大きな冷蔵庫、IHコンロ、炊事場、フライパン、鍋、食器)などがありました！近くにはパン屋やスーパーもあります。非常に便利で快適です。歯ブラシはありませんでした。

Unfortunately one of our beds broke a slat, and we told the reception about it- and they didn’t fix it! So for two nights we had to sleep with the mattress on the floor.
Honestly, I would have given them 5 stars apart from this, but not having a functional bed is a pretty big problem. And they didn’t even communicate about it - they just never fixed it.
Good location, clean and convenient, otherwise.
