Located right in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral, the location was perfect for sightseeing!
Furthermore, when I told them that the room was cold, they brought me a blanket and recommended restaurants around the hotel, and their service was perfect and polite.
They were able to understand my poor English and responded to me with a smile from start to finish.
The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious.
The breakfast buffet was also very delicious.

This is a very nice hotel located on St. Stephen's Platz. The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful with any questions. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, even with three of us. The coffee and tea room was a welcome addition. Finally, the breakfast was awesome and delicious. You received great service with a view of the church and square!

Joined my family to surprise my Mom. Hotel accommodated me in a single room, at a decent price. Rest of my family stayed in a suite overlooking the church- open the window you feel you are part of the crowd outside, close the window and it tells you about the amazing soundproofing work they have done. Early check in, no problem. Coffee and snacks available round the clock-nice Italian restaurant and Wine bar (and Wine shop) next door. Staff is extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Welcome drink, tour of the facilities was provided. I was escorted to my room and they even had a coffee ready for me at 4:30am while the hotel arranged taxi waited for my ride to the airport. Such nice touches all the time. Cannot beat the location-close to all the action, stores, church, cafes, restaurants and sights. Breakfast was excellent, plus they do make eggs to order. Room was comfortable, bathroom nice and the suite was excellent. I stayed in a single while my Mom and Sister had a suite- both rooms were excellent, comfortable and quiet. I wish I had a longer stay. Will certainly come back as my 2 trips to Vienna have been very short and it is a beautiful city.

A Boutique elegant Hotel in the centre of Vienna opposite St Stephen's Cathedral, very close to the shopping strips with most attractions being up to 1 km away-easy walking distance taking in the wonderful architecture. The receptionist staff, particularly Amanda, are professional, knowledgeable, attentive. Our room overlooks the Cathedral with all items in the mini bar inclusive of wine , beer etc inclusive of rate. A good Breakfast area on the floor near the business centre. Highly recommend.
