駅直結と言えるロケーションがとても良かったです。夜遅くに到着したのですが、怖い思いもせず辿り着くことができました。
駅にはIKEA、スーパー、ドラッグストア、食事できるお店、本屋さん、お洋服屋さん、色々なものがありとても便利です。
また、私のミスでミックスドミトリーを予約してしまったのですが、寸前でキャンセルが出たからと女性用ドミトリーに予約の変更をしてくださり、大変ありがたかったです。スタッフさん、どうもありがとうございました^ ^
コインロッカーがもう少し安いと嬉しいです。
相対的にとてもお勧めできるホステルです！

Slightly confusing with the entrance and the Ikea store but it was definitely a novelty. The room itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We loved the atmosphere and the social aspect was really fun.

I found an order error before checking in this time. I quickly reported it to the trip customer service. They handled it promptly and discussed various possibilities. Unfortunately, they agreed to refund the fee because there was no female room. Thank you trip for your kindness😊
I hope that I can arrange a stay next time. It is a youth hostel with good reviews and convenient location☀️

The location is great—just a 3-minute walk from Vienna’s main train station. Super convenient! But just a heads-up: late at night, there might be a few drunk people hanging around near the entrance before you take the lift up to the hostel.
Getting breakfast is easy, with McDonald’s, Starbucks, a supermarket, and even IKEA nearby.
The room itself is really new and clean, which is a plus. However, even though the price is a bit higher than other hostels, they don’t offer free luggage storage—and the storage fees are actually more expensive than what you'd usually expect at similar places.
