A nice place, well located but would require a refresh. (windows blinds torn, velux could not close completely in the bed room, no hot water for a full day)

Cute older building with updated and renovated apartment perfect for our stay in Vienna for four days. Easy access to multiple tram lines as well as a train line, just across a cute park with playground. AC worked great, with shared, free laundry. Just lovely!

Appartamento perfetto! Pulizia impeccabile, fornito di tutto, posizione ottima in quartiere tranquillo ma con ristoranti e supermercati a due passi. Fermata di tram e metro a 150m. Vicino a casa c'è anche un piccolo parco per bambini! Se si arriva in macchina dispone di un garage (a pagamento) molto comodo, a 50m. Consigliato assolutamente!!!

Loved staying at the Kaiser Raphael apts. The entrance to the apts is somber and there are a few stairs to the lift but the apts are bright and clean and comfortable. Location is great, a quiet neighbourhood, and a pleasant 10-15 min walk into the old city. There’s a nice bakery just a minute’s walk away ,a Billa supermarket about 5 mins up the road and on Tabor Strasse near the dm store is a pickup point for the yellow bus blue line. Would recommend staying here.

Sehr schönes und großes Apartment Alles bestens: Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Lage, nur 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-BAHN. Unkompliziertes Check in und out. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir geben hier eine klare Buchungsempfehlung. Jederzeit wieder!

비엔나는 두번째 방문인데,첫번째 방문했을때는 중앙역 노보텔에 묵엇다.비엔나의 외식 물가가 너무 비싸서 이번엔 주방이 있는 곳으로 했는데 너무 만족스러운 여행이였다.비엔나의 마트물가는 비싸지않은편이라서 이틀이상 여행계획이라면 호텔보다는 주방이 있는숙소를 선택하는것이 좋을듯하다.'라파엘프리미엄'숙소는 U6라인이 2분거리에 있는데 그걸타면 서역까지 18분내외로갈수 있다.우리는 잘츠부르크갈때 서역을 이용했다.트램 42번은 5분거리에 있는데 시내 나갈때 주로 이용했다.교통도 나쁘지않고 아파트도 깨끗하고 특히 동네가 너무너무 안전하다.하여튼 6일 여행하면서 불편한건 없었다.만족한다.
