Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern. In Wien hatte es Minusgrade. In der ersten Nacht war die Temperatur im Zimmer schon grenzwertig. Als wir am zweiten Abend ins Zimmer kamen, kam uns ein eisiger Luftzug durch das (vermutlich seit dem Bettenüberziehen am Vormittag gekippte Fenster) entgegen, die Heizung war aus und das Zimmer eiskalt. Mit kleinen Kindern wirklich eine Zumutung. Das Frühstück war qualitativ kein Highlight. Die Lage ist gut und das Personal prinzipiell freundlich aber alleine aufgrund der Temperatur im Zimmer mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen.

It's next to the Schonbrunn palace and next to the metro. Very comfortable and good, knowledgeable staff. Only issue is that there's no AC, but other than that it's a good hotel.
