The building where the hotel is located is more than 100 years old and has about 30 rooms. The room is clean and the facilities are OK, but the bathroom is a bit small. The room has a small balcony where you can enjoy the scenery outside. The breakfast seems to be 15 euros, very simple, it is better to eat outside. The hotel is very close to Schönbrunn Palace and there is no problem walking. The front desk is a white-haired old lady, and there are other staff with a good attitude. It cost 64 euros to take a taxi from Vienna Airport, but when checking out, the front desk helped to call a taxi to the airport, and the cost was only 36 euros 😂😂

Hotel was in a good location for transport and to visit the palace. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were clean. Couldnt hear anyone in other rooms. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights with our two small children. It was below freezing in Vienna. On the first night, the temperature in the room was already borderline. When we got to the room on the second evening, an icy draft hit us through the window (which had probably been tilted since we had made the bed that morning), the heating was off and the room was ice cold. It was really a disgrace with small children. The quality of the breakfast was not a highlight. The location is good and the staff are generally friendly, but we would not recommend it with children based on the temperature in the room alone.
