The service and the cuisine were certainly excellent, which is what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The location of the hotel is top (near the center and Kärntner Straße). The room furnishings (our category: superior room) were good. The old light switches (circuit confusing) and the fact that the safe is almost on the floor (under the bedside table, and therefore difficult to reach) are a criticism.
A highlight is the 8th floor with a cafe, restaurant and terrace with an excellent view and swimming pool. We felt very comfortable there at dinner and breakfast.
Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel reception staff was very friendly. The location was very good. There was a carousel inside the hotel for families. We were very pleased. Also the food in the restaurant inside the hotel was very good.
