This should be considered a self-service hotel. After staying for 3 nights, I kept saying that there were no slippers and they had run out?? What? This is the first time I heard that the slippers were out of supplies. The water in the room was not taken away or replenished when the room was cleaned. The funniest thing is that when I returned to my room at night, my used bath towels were thrown on the floor, and the bath towel in the bathtub was not taken away. I even drained the water in the bathtub when I went out, but I didn't expect that the bath bag was still there. The roll paper is almost used up and no more is added. The location of the hotel is very good. It has a balcony and is within walking distance to the Golden Hall. You can just change clothes and walk there after the party. The hotel breakfast has very few varieties and nothing delicious.

Located near the opera house and the museum district, public transport was rarely needed. The room was good in size., clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were superb. The real central issue was the staff. They were simply stunning. They listened, provided accurate advice and were so friendly.

We stayed at 011 for 3 nights in July and were happy with the room size and comfort, lovely finishes, customer service, its excellent location, and decent value for price (about two twenty five U.S. per night). Having the shower open to the room was a little odd, but not a big issue. The two free drinks the hotel offered (wine or beer only) was a nice touch. Although the bartender on duty the night we went in was constantly blowing his nose and not washing his hands before serving, so we changed our plans and decided NOT to have dinner in their restaurant.
