The room and the facilities were good. The check-in service at the reception was a bit slow. It was close to a supermarket.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im MAXX by Steigenberger Wien. Die Sauberkeit war herausragend – alles war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Lage ist in Ordnung: Zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber die Innenstadt ist durch die nahegelegene U-Bahn sehr gut erreichbar. Trotz der Straße vor dem Hotel war es im Zimmer erstaunlich ruhig, was ich sehr angenehm fand.
Ein besonderes Highlight war definitiv der Saunabereich mit Dachterrasse – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt.
Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Very clean and wide room in the first floor overlooking the street outside yet quiet and pleasant features. Hotel 5 minutes from underground and tram. 2 minutes from Bella supermarket. Good fridge size. We didn’t use the restaurants or SPA as were busy seeing Vienna. Will stay there again in same room when visiting. Staff friendly and professional

Great hotel! Very convenient location, close to the metro and tram stop. The room is very large, beautiful, delicious coffee and tea!) Great spa area. One of the few hotels where I would return if I ever happen to be in Vienna again
