The room is nice but the carpet in the room and hallway is very old, it smells and looks bad, it definitely requires a carpet renewal to improve the service and everything else. Good but with those old features it is not possible.

The location is great. A quick walk to the city center, public transport in different directions close to Vienna and lots of nice restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The breakfast was very good and the room was suitable for us and clean.

Friendly service, very good breakfast buffet including fresh salmon and prosecco, quiet, very clean area, only about 10 minutes walk from the 1st district city center, enough public parking spaces around the hotel, the rooms are partially renovated (bathroom), the carpet is getting old, would gladly go back 😊

Not a 4 star hotel. The bathroom door handle is broken and the entire bathroom needs renovation. No staff to refill breakfast.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel in my life. First of all, the location is hard to find. Secondly, the room is terrible. It is really terrible. There is a musty smell. The whole hotel is like the last century. Everyone must avoid it. I moved to Vienna.
