I’d say this is a 3 star hotel but with 5 star service. The man on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. He even took our bags to our room when it was ready for check in so we could explore Vienna and not have to come back early. The room was small with a shared bathroom- but this is what we’d paid for. We found it perfectly adequate as we spent all our time in Vienna anyway. The communal areas looked freshly decorated which gives promise for the rest of the hotel. Only downside was our room got quite hot, it did have a fan but it didn’t do very much. Overall this was good value for money.

This hotel is not as bad as some people make out. Yes, there are some maintenance issues, like mould in the bathroom and water flooding the bathroom floor while taking a shower. The room was clean but slightly overpriced bearing in mind it offers the minimum basic, lacks shower gel, only one towel per person, no hard towel or bath mat and no tea and coffee facilities. This things should be provided. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.

Letto, tavolino, sedia, tv, armadio e bagno privato. No bide’. Molto grande rispetto alla camera. C’erano due dispenser di sapone . Letto comodo , solo i cuscini sarebbero da cambiare . Wifii funzionava benissimo . Poco insonorizzata .

Location: just like all Chinese products also this hotel is a complete fotoshoped place. Looked beautiful on the pictures but it was actually really disgusting, unhygienic and a scam. The only positive thing about it was the closeness to the Subway and ***** club. Room: you will recognize the room and also the filter they must have used to present it. You can hear all the neighbour's. I have seen 3 different room types and they all had - stains on the walls - orange stains in the shower - dirty floor - stain on the bed towels - a lot of dust on the curtains. Check-in: it's very modern and there is no receptionist. Toilet: it's outside and will be used by everyone. The cleanness was okey but it smelled bad.

We had booked a double room with a private bathroom. We got a well-equipped bathroom, but the room was a disaster: width of the "double bed" of 1.40 m (measured!), only accessible from one side, which was explained by the room width, which was less than 2.50 m. No shelf by the bed, no lamp that can be reached from the bed. When asked where the breakfast room was, the answer was: "We don't have it!" There is no breakfast in the house - but we even found a price for it on the hotel's website! Hotel bar: the same. Advertised on the website; there was only a bit of bar equipment to discover behind the current reception. Finally, the "inner courtyard garden" had the appearance of a bulky waste warehouse, but at least with new bicycle racks. We couldn't sleep at night because the room was way too warm. The radiator was cold, the openly laid pipes in the room only lukewarm, but it was still extremely hot, which could not be dealt with even with a completely open window. When we complained the next morning, the cheeky reply came that we could have opened the window?! When I then jumped out of my skin, the crowning second came: What am I so upset about? Still, we booked for 5 nights and got the full price back, even though my husband even offered to pay for the one night spent there, in God's name.
