Affordable business hotel, clean and standard. One day I bought breakfast for the convenience of the elderly, and the next day they said it was better to eat out.. It was either bad or just so-so. There are many choices in the train station opposite. Since we were just passing through Vienna for a day, we chose this hotel which is closer to the train station.

I booked a twin room, but was given a king-size room. When I went to inquire, they said I booked a standard room, but they refused to acknowledge it. It was useless to show the hotel confirmation letter. They said they would change it when it was available the next day, but they never responded. The toilet in the room was not clean. I was too lazy to take pictures. I would not give such a review if I was not desperate.

I was worried about security. The entrance was right next to the building, so anyone could enter, and there were no staff members.
The room had a strange smell that made me feel uncomfortable. (Maybe it was an oil smell?)

This is my second time staying here. A week later, the hotel changed its name, but it did not affect my stay. It is close to the train station, and the hygiene and other conditions are very good. Recommended!

The cup in room isn’t clean. Still has stain. Toilet was rather small. Staff at reception is quite cold despite it’s not peak hour. One of the lift is broke down during our stay. Not particularly pleasant for a short stay although location is alright.

The hotel is very close to the train station. There are shopping malls and supermarkets on the street behind. However, the hotel elevator is very slow and can hardly go up during peak hours.
