Location is superb. Service is fine. Room is new and well maintained, amenities are mostly absent, need to collect from front desk, such as cotton wool, toothpaste, bedroom slippers etc. There is no hair conditioner provided by hotel, so pls byo. Chambermaid did not vacuum under the bed, lots of dust ball under the bed. Room is quiet and bed is comfortable. Hotel also does not have luggage stand, so we had to bend frequently to retrieve things from our luggage that is placed on the floor. Hotel is well maintained, looks newly renovated. Lots of supermarket nearby.

This hotel is beautiful, and the vintage elevator is very charming and fun to use. Housekeeping comes every day to tidy up the room. It’s also close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around. The only downside was that the carpet and floor felt a bit sticky and not very clean.

The hotel is old school and charming with physical keys and upgraded bathrooms. The physical condition is beautiful, classical, and excellent. The location is central Vienna walkable to symphony, Opera, museums, restaurants, etc. The staff is kind and helpful. There is no attached restaurant except for breakfast, but there are many restaurants of all kinds within 5 minutes walking.
I would stay here again with great pleasure.

Very good. I stayed in this hotel for 5 consecutive days. The location is excellent. Almost all attractions can be reached on foot. The breakfast is very rich and the service is very considerate. I will choose it again when I go to Vienna next time.
