The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was located in the city center with excellent transport links. The rooms were very hot, with no air conditioning. I had a fan, but it didn't do much, and the room was poorly ventilated. I had to open the windows to sleep, and luckily it was cool. The furniture is very old and worn.

I absolutely adored the staff. They were really kind and nice. Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant.
The hotel is at an excellent spot and it's easy to go around everywhere. You can walk almost everywhere but if needed you can have access to bus and trains.

The hotel service is good and the room is not too small. However, the first room we checked in had a strange smell. After communicating with the front desk, we can change to the second room immediately. It takes 3 minutes to walk from the subway station to the hotel. The hotel is very close. I spent here a weekend with my familly. The hotel is very well located, in the middle of Ringstrasse and two steps from Hofburg Palace Even the building is old, the rooms are very well decorated and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are very clean and the pillows and the beds very comfortable. I recomand this hotel.

Abbiamo alloggiato tre notti al Pertschy palais hotel, esperienza straordinaria. L'hotel è uno dei più antichi palazzi nel centro storico di Vienna. Situato a soli 400 metri dalla Cattedrale di Santo Stefano. La sua eccellente posizione è il punto di partenza ideale per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città vecchia: la cattedrale di Santo Stefano, il palazzo Hofburg, la scuola di equitazione spagnola, l'Albertina e l'Opera di Stato sono a pochi minuti a piedi. A 100 m dalle boutique di lusso. Lo stile classico Viennese riporta alle dolci atmosfere di corte. Ottima colazione, ospitalità e pulizia. Nota di merito è la possibilità di poter accedere alle bevande gratuite per tutto il soggiorno. Un particolare grazie alla Sig.ra Anda che parla un ottimo italiano ed ha saputo consigliare al meglio. Struttura super consigliata.

Ich finde es frech zu behaupten dass es eine Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel gibt obwohl dies nicht der Fall ist. Fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernt eine Tiefgarage zu erwähnen ist keine Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Auch dass be- und entladen unseres Gepäcks war eine Zumutung da wir nicht direkt am Hotel halten konnten. Wenn ich mir vorstelle dass ich eine Woche da wäre, wir waren nur zwei Nächte hier, hätten wir mehr Gepäck gebraucht…
