The hotel is in a good location, but the environment is quiet. It is close to the attractions, and the No. 2 tram nearby is enough to cover the old town. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The service is also very good, very enthusiastic, and responds to needs in a timely manner. Except that the room is slightly small, but the bathroom is big enough.

Overall this is a very nice hotel. A bit of a walk to the old town and center. Room was smaller than expected but still well done. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom very nice. Windows opened which was good as it was quite warm and it was good to get some air in. Breakfast was excellent - lots of different choices.

Sehr gut gelegenes und angenehmes Hotel. Das Personal der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Bedienung ist ebenfalls freundlich. Bei schönem Wetter besteht die Möglichkeit das Frühstück im Patio zu geniessen.

First, the location: on a quiet one-way side street outside the Ringstrasse but only about 10 minute stroll through the Volksgarten to Hofburg and the old city. Roadworks around the currently closed Rathaus metro station don't impact the hotel in terms of noise but caused problems for some Uber drivers dependant on their satnavs. Vienna's extensive tram network is just a block away. The hotel itself: air-conditioned bedroom very welcome in the 27C weather during our stay. Comfortable bed and motorised blackout blinds ensured good nights sleep. Bathroom a bit quirky with a sliding glass door, but with a powerful walk-in shower. Add a very good breakfast buffet and helpful professional staff and our experience was of a good 4 star hotel offering value for money on our city break.
