It was converted from the guesthouse of the Vienna Medical College. The room is relatively small, with a single bed against the wall. However, the front desk staff and breakfast are good. The location is also relatively quiet, but unfortunately there is no sound insulation between the rooms.

The hotel is good, clean and comfortable. We had no luck with transport as the tram line was being repaired and so was the train station, so getting to the center was not very convenient..

The hotel has very good facilities if you like unusual little things (24/7 snack bar at reception, photo booth, pancake machine at breakfast, games in the room e.g. Uno, Skippo, Sudoku,..)
We got around either on foot or with Uber, as the accommodation is a bit out of the way (but there was also public transport a few minutes' walk away).
Cleanliness was OK, room nice and big enough.
What could be done better: we tend to eat late breakfasts and the pastries were apparently already gone... It wasn't ideal, but we were still full😊

The receptionist and every workers there (I mean= every workers!) are engaging and professional and very nice.

It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city by tram number 2, and the hotel itself was clean and nice.
However, there is no refrigerator or coffee pot, and the toilet and shower/washroom are separate. The toilet area has a door, but the shower area only has a door in the middle of the shower, and there is only a middle door that is open to the room and can be hidden from the bed. .
I don't know about breakfast because I haven't tried it, but there's a spa mart nearby that's about a 5-10 minute walk away, and they sell bread and fruit for cheap, so I had breakfast there.
There is also a train station nearby, making transportation to the airport convenient. I think the area around the hotel is very safe. It's not a tourist area, but a place where locals live.
