It's a bit far from the metro, but there are tram stops nearby. We stayed for 2 nights, overall we liked it.

The location is very good, the Golden Hall and Karlskirche are a few minutes walk away.
There are many breakfast options.
The front desk staff is very friendly.
The downside is that the room you are assigned does not have a small table, so it is inconvenient to eat in the room.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. We were out mostly and will come back to clean and tidy rooms. It is nice to have complimentary drinking water (both still and sparkling) in the room. Breakfast is good but could do with more variety and change up the spread of the warm food. We stayed a total of 6 nights and spread was the same.
