I definitely don't recommend this hotel. Fortunately, we were only there for one night. The room smelled of old socks, and the bathroom smelled of mold. We have allergies and woke up in the morning with severe allergy symptoms. We had a room on the fourth floor, under a roof, it was terrible, and the air conditioning (a box on the floor) was incredibly loud and had little effect. The shower had mold in several places. On the plus side: friendly staff, hairdryer, and shower gels. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection, and the staff were nice. I won't be using this hotel again.

It's OK place to stay a night or 2, would be good if I could apply for car parking at the time of booking because I didn't see the option. Bus and Tram stations are right there and Metro is 6-7min walk from the hotel. Room was clean and staff was really helpful. I can recommend.

Bin eigentlich ein oft zufrieden gewesener Stammkunde, doch dieses Mal war das gebuchte Einzelzimmer eher spartanisch ausgestattet.
Kleine Mängel wie ein nicht dicht schliessendes Fenster zur vielbefahrenen Strassenkreuzung hin und eine fehlende TV-Ferbedienung könnten manchen Gast ärgern. Der Rest an Mängeln im gewohnten Rahmen und eher gästeverursacht.
Das neue Terminal-Checkin für ein ***Hotel empfinde ich als lästig, zumal dann auf der Rechnung trotz korrekter Dateneingabe die Gastadresse fehlte und das wohl nicht so einfach korrigierbar ist.
Das Abendpersonal, echt unter Druck wegen einiger reichlich aufgeregter Gäste , blieb trotz unangenehmer Beschimpfungen ruhig und professionell.
Die Lage des Hotels eigentlich perfekt. Direkt hinter dem Biergarten ein Zugang zur Alten Donau mit Bademöglichkeit. Leider seit einigen Jahren der Zugang stets verschlossen.
Schade um den Biergarten.

The hotel as a whole is good. But in very hot weather, the complete lack of air conditioning or fans is unacceptable. And even more so when the room faces west and receives full sun in the afternoon. Added to this was the location of my room on the ground floor overlooking a busy road requiring the window to be closed to isolate the room from noise. In short, an uncomfortable stay. As for the location of the hotel, far from the center or the old town but well served by a direct metro line. Breakfasts were mediocre because they were lukewarm or cold.
