The experience was very bad. The front desk staff was suspected of racial discrimination. My companions checked in smoothly at another front desk staff, but we were the only one who told us that there was no room and that we would not be given membership benefits. The tone of voice and attitude was also extremely bad. The room was not clean and there was an unfinished bottle in the room, and there was a connecting room next door with the door open.

I stayed at the Hilton Vienna Plaza for 3 nights. The twin bed room was very comfortable and I was able to relax during my stay. In addition, the breakfast was very varied and I enjoyed it every morning. The hotel's location was convenient for sightseeing, and the quiet and calm environment was appealing. The staff were very polite and I had a great experience. I also received a great discount when booking through Trip.com, so I was very satisfied with my stay. I would like to use this hotel again.

Super clean comfortable room however being an expensive 5 star hotel I would have liked to see some things in the mini bar and some extras especially as I didn’t book a basic room.
