The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is based on a historic house, and the whole hotel is full of history and art. But for this reason, the room is small, the bedroom is not well lit, and the facilities are relatively old. However, the bathroom facilities are still very good, with solid materials, complete equipment, and abundant lighting.
Breakfast is completely ordered, and the staff provides one-stop service from welcoming guests to ordering to serving dishes, which is a great experience. The dining environment is elegant and the food is exquisite and delicious.
When checking out, the front desk gave small food as a gift, and asked if you need some help with transportation. It was warm and polite, and the experience was very good. The hotel's concierge car is a Mercedes-Benz S, which costs 60 euros to send to the airport, for reference.

I stayed in a Premium Deluxe Room which has a very high ceiling. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of Stadtpark was beautiful, and the hotel's location is very convenient for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
