SO/ Vienna

I booked this hotel for 2 nights through Ctrip on this business trip. The room rate was 4,300 yuan per night, including breakfast. Here is a summary of the very unsatisfactory experience after checking in: 1. There were various signs of falling off the door and wall of the room. 2. There was no label in any language for the indoor switches in the room, so people could only guess and make mistakes. 3. There was no light in the mini bar in the room when it was turned on, and you couldn't see anything. You had to use your mobile phone to turn on the light to get water and other drinks. 4. When I was sleeping at night due to jet lag, the front desk called the wrong number and woke me up in my sleep. 5. The most bizarre thing was that the windows in the room were not convenient and simple curtains, but two large wooden boards. You had to pull them down when you went to bed at night, which was very strenuous! What's even more bizarre is that when the wooden curtains are closed, it feels like you are living in a completely enclosed space with all black interior decoration, which makes people feel very depressed and uneasy. 6. The breakfast room is on the 18th floor. Another reason for choosing this hotel is that the view is good, but there are few types of breakfast food, and some are not very fresh, such as ham. I asked the waiter for a cup of coffee or black tea, and waited for at least 10 minutes. I found three different waiters before I finally got coffee/black tea. And there were too few waiters. I decisively asked to check out and canceled the next night's stay. The overall experience is too little. The room rate is basically the same as the price of Vienna Ritz, but the stay experience is really very bad, not worth recommending!

This is my first time in Vienna and my first time choosing the so/ brand, which is positioned as a young brand like W and andaz. The room is spacious and has a great view, but unfortunately there is no service.

The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast is rich in variety.
