The family is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with vegetables from their own garden. The doughnuts were homemade. The parking lot was great and the bike garage was right next to the guesthouse. Great swimming pool. We were there for 4 days and it was great.

It was a busy Sunday in September. But the self-service takeaway service remained friendly and calm. On one side the beautiful pond (without the "h"), on the other side the beautiful school complex. A fun place for all the children.

Unfortunately this hotel is closed as of May10th, 2022. It was a great place with a staff that had great attention to detail. Although As I was never offered a suite upgrade, as a Bonvoy Platinum member I was always offered free breakfast. It was my go to for a long stay in Vienna.

This is unacceptable. The hotel cancels the reservation and neither they nor *********** are responsible for any damages caused by cancelling that reservation. Furthermore, they do not respond nor allow you to file an official complaint.

We reserved by phone at very short notice and only arrived at 7 p.m. on the day of arrival and again everything was problem-free and pleasant. Very friendly reception, immediate help with luggage, problem-free check-in. Very good room service (the breakfast was really great on both days) and even our small extra requests (here: putting together a gift basket outside of the "Alimentari's opening hours) were fulfilled with great friendliness (we found the finished basket in our room when we returned - thank you again!). "Das Triest" meets the standards of a hotel of this category anyway: the rooms are in very good condition, very clean and technically up to date. The hotel has a modern design, which we really like. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the "Collio" restaurant on this visit, which we still remember fondly from our last visit. The only downside is that the Silver Bar is currently closed. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Wir haben die Tage in Wien sehr genossen. Sehr sauberes, modern und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem sehr freundlichen Personal. Super Frühstück und auch das Bistro/die Bar (Porto) sind absolut empfehlenswert - v.a. die Crostinis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was modern, clean, spacious and with nice details. As restaurant isn’t working on Mondays, the chef himself kindly offered to cook some dinner for room service for me and my colleague and I must say it was super delicious! The staff at the reception were very helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was also great, nice selection and all fresh. Location is also great! Definitely would come back there again!
