Close to the main station, with a tram to the city right outside. Rooms are nice and clean, although the ladder to the upstairs bed is a bit difficult to climb.

Employees: very friendly and helpful, e.g. when activating the "mobile phone key" doesn't work right away
Room: very clean, spacious
Breakfast: great selection
I personally found the "announcements" of the floors in the elevator a bit annoying; they might be funny on the first elevator ride

The hotel is in an excellent location. They are trying to become a digital hotel with phone access to rooms but the app never worked. The room was spacious and they have self service lockers to store baggage after check out. Some areas of the room could have been cleaned better.
